Lab results far less than expected.

I get why group buys would decide not to share, totally, but it comes down to a different mindset, at least for me: are you participating in a group buy for a good price and private secret info, or are you interesting in helping all of us feel good about what they're buying?
The main reason I think (and I have experienced this) is when you have a small group that comes together on a vender TG or discord to group to test the vender product, you will get a lot of people who say they will contribute money towards the testing expense...but as soon as they find out that the results will be public anyway, they ghost the group test and wait for everyone else that's left to foot the bill...

There is usually an option to release the tests after 2-4 months so you can encourage people to stay and pay, but the helping the community vibe sorta fades when only a few are willing to have skin in the game....and the rest are taking advantage of someone else's financial investment...

That would be what we technically call an "Asshole Move".

Who the hell bails on that commitment and still shows their face..

Good point. I for one would participate (and pay!) routinely if I understood that whole process more, but I don't know enough to know how to join one that is legit. I may be able to untangle that web someday.

Do you want the names A thru Z....Z thru A....By age....Height...?

I had one that was 60% ghosted when we voted to make it public....The remaining then voted to keep it private...

I wish there was a topic on this forum called "Group Testing", similar to the Crypto Corner. I've spent dozens of hours scouring Telegram and here, trying to read between the lines. It's like nobody wants to share the "secret". I would gladly pay 💰 to either be involved in a group test, or to have access to the results afterward. I certainly understand why people don't want to share sources. But I already have everything I need. I just want to get it tested. Am I just looking in the wrong places? Somebody throw me a bone....

Because you have massive amounts of people who will just sit around and not contribute, and wait for a group to spend their hard earned money to test. You're not owed anything just because you buy peptides that someone else decided to spend their money on testing. I have no stake in this either way as I wasn't involved, but I don't expect a group of people to spend their own money out of the kindness of their hearts for my benefit.

The whole idea of thinking of this as a "community" is a little ridiculous to me to begin with. We're a bunch of random people buying chemicals from China, that's it. The communities are the small groups who get together and pool their money together to do group buys, group testing, etc.
Its not "out of the kindness of their hearts" LOL

Have you ever looked at a COA you DIDNT pay for? You benefited from someone else's monetary investment if you have. I like the GB structure cause the testing is included in the pricing, so everyone does have to contribute, but sometimes maybe someone cant afford additional testing at the moment, and if you are doing it anyways, why not share? There are always exceptions, or outliers....

Isn't it common in the vendor tg groups to have testing channels? Maybe check STG or Peppys...

If you wanna test a batch you can also send out the bat signal for others!

It seems like the "vote" needs to be made by only paid members..after payment...

I never claimed that "all are in it for themselves," but the reality is the huge majority of people will never contribute. It's great to participate in forums, but there is an endless amount of information on the Internet on harm reduction, research on various peptides, etc. Financially contributing to testing peptides from vendors is literally the only thing that can contribute to new information that you couldn't find elsewhere.

I'm in plenty of Telegram groups and Discord groups, done group buys where everyone who purchases contributes to getting our orders tested. Those are small to moderate sized groups of people who have a vested interest in each other and the peptides they purchase, that's a community to me. This site is basically the first recommendation to anyone interested in peptides. It's like STG, sure there are a core group who regularly interact, but the bulk of everyone who is interested in peptides comes through here or STG at some point. Most will never contribute, and nobody is obligated to spend their money for a bunch of random people's benefit.
Take the L

I am not sure what your process is...Where do you buy from (in general, not specifically)...venders that advertise here?...If you are not following the vender's TG or discord, then I think we have found your disconnect...

Vender TGs or discords are where you are most likely to find people who have bought the exact same you have...and like you, are motivated to get it tested...someone makes a post there about 'anyone interested in doing a testing group on xyz's T20s with the blue caps?'...

The further you move away from those groups looking for random instances of COA's on what you hope is the same thing as you bought, the less assured you can be that it is accurate...

...also, peptidetest, and nova axis are a couple of websites where groups that form on vender sites can have an organized meeting place that tracks the whole testing effort from organization, to payment, to selecting whose vials go out for test, to publishing results....Sometimes if you don't see people organizing on a vender site, you may find a group that has landed on one of those kind of sites...

Thanks for the ideas.

I've bought from a few 3 letter vendors. I've joined their TG groups but it is so chaotic. Very cluttered and unorganized. I might find something but it's so hard to make sense of it all. I'm not on discord.

The bulk of my stash is from my best friend and the one that starts with Aa.

I'll check out those websites you mentioned.

Wouldn't it be nice if the world was not full of thieves and assholes? Somebody could just have a website where you can pay a flat fee per month to view COAs. But that would never work, somebody would copy them and put them all over the internet and the company would never get paid again. Like I said, wouldn't it be nice?

I'd be good with such a website that simply made enrolling in a group study as simple as buying anything else online. Choose a pep, choose a vendor, choose a group, pay and sit back and wait. You must meet a minimum # of successful participation in group buys to gain access to other COAs besides your own. Done. Guy who comes up with THAT portal is gonna make a killing.

Not sure if a joke or...

Literally two sections below this one. 😉

Unfortunately, the number of people willing to volunteer to coordinate group testing and do so in an open, transparent manner has been lacking. There have been a few people in the past who have offered to do it in a manner that I didn't feel was transparent enough to ensure that members wouldn't be put at financial risk, that it wasn't for profit, and that it wasn't a means to arrange or promote "Group Buys".

Any established, well-known members who are willing to take on the responsibility of handling all of the various logistics and payment for such testing are welcome to contact me.

Also, I am able to provide invites to PTDS, however I (and they) am very selective about who gets one. Anyone who has reached the GLP-1 Enthusiast level or higher and has been a member for at least 6 months is welcome to DM me with a request, and when I have some free time I'll review your post history to see if you'd be a good fit.

What if we reached Enthusiast and then the glitch demoted us? 😆 Still counts, right?

That wasn't so much a glitch that demoted you, but a glitch that promoted you originally. For some reason, several dozen members were able to bypass the six-month minimum requirement to become Enthusiasts. We still haven't figured out how, but it's since been corrected.

In the meanwhile, you're less than a month away from reaching that threshold again.

Oh! But also, way to deflate my ego! I'm gonna go cry in my peptides now.
