Lab results far less than expected.

That totally sucks, mate. I feel for you.

I am just so glad that I was ethical and had everything that I was going to sell tested.

As soon as I get the results from another testing facility I will be contacting zippy.

Yep outing them over every platform possible.
Good for you. Two-thirds of vials I've had tested came back with no [GLP-X] detected.

The "we don't assume a scam" mentality here surprises me, when there are many such cases. I'd put money on there being more cases than we know of because so many people don't test. Sorry @articfox, I think you done been had : / It sucks.

Sorry OP! Sucks this happened to you. It would definitely be good to let the community know the vendor. There could be folks pinning from these batches, and who knows what's actually in these vials.

Yes, this is an iIllustration of Occam's Razor in action. The vendor supplying zero peptide vials is the alternative that requires the least assumptions.
It's been happening more and more lately, adding to the simplicity argument.

Does anyone know how much it costs to make, say, tirz? Obviously more than the fillers, but enough more to keep tanking vendors who send out filler-only (or ???) instead of the real API?

There's been a huge rash of scams, shams and sloppiness in the past short while, but prior to that the vast majority of vendor "scam" accusations were actually buyer impatience, misunderstanding, miscommunication, etc. Including buying from imposters acquired poorly.

The test results being shown on x are from freedom, not jano, but I have no reason to doubt their accuracy 🤷

From the first post the ghkcu that tested fine was from a different vendor.
That may speak to this being a more widespread problem than an overlap. Zero detected results have been on the increase for a while now; this one caught a bunch at once so it seems remarkable but I'm not sure it is.

Same. There's been a ton of "benefit of the doubt" bias happening, probably reasonably so based on prior conditions, but things have changed.

I am now waiting for testing on a SECOND reshipmemt from a reseller who I am convinced had no idea they were selling zero peptides. It was my first experience with grey and I am not gonna lie it has left a bad taste in my mouth about the whole thing.

The vendor has bent over backwards to make it right but I believe they themselves don’t have a reliable source. It was not a vendor on this forum I found them on Global Sources and jumped in feet first thinking how smart I was to have found a vendor on my own.

The question I have is why? How much are they saving by sending vials of mannitol vs the actual product. The mass spectrometry shows it was something. But what? The worst part is injected it for several weeks and have no idea what I was injecting. I am still here and haven’t grown an extra limb so I am not going to worry about it but suffice it to say I won’t be doing that again.

Two of the exact same situation popping off at the same time is terrible.

Thanks for sharing your experience.
Now it seems both reports are about the same situation, right? Not great, but better than a domino scenario.

This is my question, too. How much are they saving by sending inert, at best, fillers instead of the active ingredient we're expecting? Are reputations that cheap? Meanwhile it's the vendors, not the original scammers, who take the marketplace hit. After us, of course!

FWIW, I had some testing done with a group on ERP peps and they came back as expected.

Group isn't releasing the tests though after vote, shame too, helps others make informed choices but democracy prevails in this scenario...
I personally will NEVER understand this thinking. Honestly. I understand you are one of many that voted but why not share what was found (not speaking directly at you, just this type of thing in the community). I’m sure the folks in there have been benefited by someone else’s paid for 3P testing.

A vial of T30 is what, $12.00?

Let's assume vendors pay $8.00 tops.

And buys direct from the manufacturer.

The manufacture's cost might be $3.00?

I'd guess the actual peptide cost is pennies per vial.

What did they save, $1-2 for a kit?

I know they sell a lot of kits, it adds up.

The losers in this are the people who are injecting nothing but fancy expensive water. And what that does to your progress, especially in weight loss, is a terrible thing. Shame on them.

I suppose it's possible this is all due to a mishap. But having it happen to multiple peptides, makes it hard for me to believe that. Somebody's getting paid.

Exactly this. Six weeks of progress lost and I am a firm believer that Tirzepatide will be found to have so many benefits that we are just now learning about. For those six weeks it was gradually leaving my system and it took several weeks once I realized what I was injecting was not Tirzepatide for it to build back up.

I know it's even more expensive to do the blind GLP tests but I'd like to see them and get more to the bottom of whether these are just all filler or mislabeled products.

What was that like? Did you think you were taking something weaker than usual? Or that you were doing something wrong? I'm sorry that happened : /

I shouldn't even be putting this into the Universe, but I've often thought that if EL or any other BP company really wanted to try to disrupt the grey market that they could lace some kits with some bad shit and blame it on grey. Clearly that would be diabolical, unethical, illegal, hazardous, contrary to the mission of these organization to advance health, but......
That has also crossed my mind 😬

That's a good point. Incompetence > malice.
