I've been talking KPV for a few days now, titrated up from 200mcg to 400mcg. Plan to stay at 500 for awhile. I like it because even though I have to get up once at night to relieve myself because of an enlarged prostate and I'm 73 years old, I've had a stronger flow ever since I started on it. It must be working on some inflammation down there somewhere.

Low dose Tadalafil(2.5mg) daily is your friend in that regard as well, courtesy of India Pharm. I'm running KLOW nightly, but will have to try KPV on its own.

5 mg usually for the daily dose. And easy to get prescribed from any doc for ED or BPH.

Yeh I would like to find some cheap Tadalafil, hopefully my wife would appreciate it too, haha

You would think but not always the case with PCPs. I told my guy Flomax was no good and heard about low dose Cialis being a recommendation for BPH but that went nowhere. Plus, I asked my pharmacy what my insurance would cover and the price would have been nuts. Mark Cuban’s CostPlus is the way domestically, but India is a fraction of that.

The trick is to go to the PCP every week like the retirees here:

Monday AM - Costco

Tuesday AM - PCP & Taco Tuesday

Weds AM - Costco

Thursday AM - Labcorp

Friday AM - Costco

After 1 PM, some are already back home, ready for a nap, haha.

I have been taking KLOW and a bit of extra KVP for my BHP. I just started this a few days ago and plan to tirate up on the KVP to see if I can find a sweet spot. I would love to have my stream back where it was 10 years ago.

It is inexpensive at gray pharmacies. But you will probably get the larger dose and have to cut your pill into 4 pieces.

Nope. 2.5mg or 5mg readily available for a fraction of the cheapest online you can find. No brainer
