Greetings all!

Mrs. Not_Your_Dad (45f) has some skin issues, longstanding neck and shoulder pains, worsening trouble with both her thumbs, and some other nagging troubles. We've had a chat about including some other peptides into both of our routines (I'll make a separate post about me at some point), and she has settled on GHK-cu and KPV. We had initially discussed either GLOW or KLOW, but she is alarmed by the potential correlation between angiogenesis and acceleration of neoplasia and/or metastasis, which unfortunately has a long and deep history in her family. While I don't share her concerns regarding that, I ultimately think it is a reasonable position to take, and if that's what her comfort level is, that's what it is.

She'll be beginning KPV tonight, starting at a 200mcg pin, titrating up to a 500mcg pin after 4 weeks, and running a 12 week cycle. I'll report back if she notices any changes, has any issues, or otherwise anything changes for her. Our GHK-cu is on the way, and she'll likely begin that in one week's time after she has a chance to assess the results of the first week of KPV.

I'll be updating this a data point for anyone who may be interested in it. If anyone has any thoughts, anecdotes, questions, concerns, etc. please feel free to share them here.

Currently, she pins 12.5mg tirzepatide once weekly, and follows a moderate supplement protocol we've developed over the years that help mitigate her hypothyroid/Hashimoto's symptoms.

I suggest mixing your KPV and GHK-cu to reduce ISR. I personally started with GLOW, but have the same concerns with angiogenesis and family history so now I pin my GHK with my KPV. 50mg GHK-cu, 10mg KPV, 3mL Bac Water - pin 2mg daily, 6 weeks on, 3 weeks off

They say supplement with Zinc to keep levels in balance. I already take a thyroid med that has Zinc in it so I call that good.

41F - hypo/hashis - I feel her pain.

I had to go GF and Dairy free, its helped a lot. I take Reta, it doesn't help as much as Tirz for the inflammation but I think it has less gastric suppression... which I need, because my hashis already slows my digestion to a snails speed.

I've seen many folks reference pinning GHK-cu with KPV; are you reconstituting in the same vial, or do you draw from separate vials into the same syringe?

Her supplement protocol has her at 100mg zinc once daily, so she should be good there.

Appreciate your experience and input!

For anyone following along at home, Mrs. NYD has survived her first week on KPV 😛

She hasn't noticed much of an impact, but the dose is quite low at the moment and I don't think she was expecting much at this stage. We've been married for a long time, and I think I've subtly noticed her mentioning and complaining less about her typical aches and pains.

Our GHK-cu has still not arrived, so we won't be adding that to the mix at this point. She has one more dose of 200mcg and then we'll be moving up to 300mcg tomorrow.

I came here to look into advice on GLOW/KLOW. I got a great deal on GLOW and I was thinking of buying KPV separately to make KLOW. Just wanted to ask some advice. Would I be better off pinning separately, or mixing? I was thinking I might reconstitute the KPV, then add that to my GLOW. I see different things about injecting together vs separately and it's hard to tell what's true or not. The burn from any of my pins never bothers me, so if it's just to reduce pain, that's not the best reason for me if the peptides would be better injected separately. Thanks in advance for any input.

No, I reconstitute it into the same vial.

So I reconstitute the GHK-cu with, I put it into a sterile vial and then I reconstitute the KPV and add it directly into the same sterile vial.

For anyone following along at home, we began GHK-cu on 12/19 (2mg), along with the KPV which has been titrated up to 400mcg. Her overall wellness has improved since starting KPV, and we'll titrate up to 500mcg along with the GHK-cu. We'll run a 12 week on, 4-6 week off cycle.

She is in quite a bit less pain, has less overall inflammation, and is moving easier then she has at any point in the last 16 years since she had our first child. Overall, huge positive for her.

I've started the GHK-cu/KPV as well, it's been only a week or so and no major differences that I can see yet.

How’s Mrs. NYD feeling these days?

Better -- she seems to be less painful overall. I'm not certain if that's related to the KPV or GHK-cu at this point. We both noticed that she's less painful since the GHK-cu, so I'm assuming it's the combination of the two that's producing the greatest impact for her.

How are you determining your concentrations when you do this? I have 100mg GHK-cu vials and 10mg KPVs. My thought process is:

Recon the GHK-cu with 3ml BAC

Recon (2) KPV vials with 1 ml BAC each

Filter each, respectively, into a single 5ml vial, which will yield:

GHK-cu 20 mg/ml

KPV 4 mg/ml

So a pin of 0.1 ml / 10 units should give me a dose of 2 mg GHK-cu and 0.4mg KPV.

I think I'm doing my math right here, but I'd appreciate your opinion.

Thanks!

This makes me very hopeful! Thank you for sharing! I am hoping to start GHK-cu and KPV to help with my Hashimotos/Hypothyroidism as well!

Your math is perfect, I just use 6mL for my 100mg vials to reduce ISR's as much as possible. That seems to be my happy spot to reduce welts and sting.

Recon the GHK-cu with 3ml BAC

Recon (2) KPV vials with 1 ml BAC each

Filter each into a new sterile 10ml vial

add 1mL of bac into the same 10ml vial

I pin 12 units (U-100 syringe) with that mix giving me the same 2mg GHK / .4mg KPV.

Hi there - checking in. Curious how your wife is doing with the GHK Cu and KPV? I have similar health as what you have described she has so I’m eager to see how things are going for her

So far it's been great. Powerful anti-inflammatory effect; things that have been bothering her for years have calmed down. I don't know if there's any healing or repair going on, but they're certainly less irritating. I'm not certain if she's seeing any skin or hair benefits. She's always had beautiful skin so subjectively, to me, I don't see a change but I'll ask her if she thinks anything has changed.

Overall, a huge positive in her life.

She should have some labs coming up in the near-ish future, and we'll compare if any inflammatory markers have changed, or if there's any difference in the values associated with her Hashimoto's.

Thank you for the update! This is great news! I hope that her lab work comes back good and she continues to improve! Her story is giving me lots of hope for positive changes as well!
