10 days from ordering to delivering products I ordered. Pretty dang fast from there to the States!

DHL, yesterday, sent me an Import Fees notice. Either pay it or they'd send it back.

That was unexpected.

I may have been her last PP order, too. They no longer take PP. My only grievance with Jeep.

Thanks Molly. I know I'm going to have to explore alternate pay methods but am reluctant.

And thank you to this forum for providing real experiences with RS and vendors.

There should be a "tip jar" for the owners/moderators.

DHL is basically owned by Eli Lilly. It's no coincidence that if you take the D and turn into an E, then take the H and turn it into an L, and then take the L and turn it into an I that you get ELI.

Just that carrier. I wasn't charged but that was a month ago. DHL is probably already covered but double charge like the tax collectors do to seniors in my area.

HK was doing that.... you get email from the carrier that they can't deliver till u pay the tariff. Scared people off so hk increased shipping to 70 and they take care of it now.

I just had this happen with some Korean skincare products. FedEx paid it so they could get the package moving, then billed me after delivery. I thought it was a scam at first, but it turned out to be legit.

Apparently, these are custom fees that have always been there, but haven't been consistently enforced.

Paid duties on a book yesterday... super annoying, but what can you do. I was always under the impression it was randomly enforced depending on which custom agent you get dealt.

Scam. lol. That's what I thought at first, too.

And then I discovered it wasn't.

Though Molly said the shipper was supposed to pay...

All I know is they were demanding RANSOM to release my stuff and had me by the short and curlies so I "made the drop" at an undisclosed location...

Ordered from Molly at Jeep too. Order placed 10/6 and paid via digital currency (first order with her). Had to pay a duties fee through UPS (got that notice when checking the tracking number). Extra fee was $20. Not a deal breaker just annoying since all shipping cost was supposed to be included. Order arrived today 10/16 in the Midwest (was shipped on 10/13 as she informed me they were on a National Holiday). All in all, communication has been great and speed of shipping is impressive. Items were well packaged. Will order again from her.

Jeep (not any other Chinese vendor) are not to blame for the USA imposing an extra tariff. Blame your lunatic president. I expect all orders to the USA from all vendors in china are facing the same issue, and I'll be pissed if the rest of us around the globe end up with higher prices to account for extra tariffs being factored into shipping costs.

I'm sure US "warehouses" ( delivered straight from Sharon and Harvey's kitchen cabinet and fridge in Cali ) don't come with " import fees"...

Looking SPECIFICALLY for those from now on... so I can avoid surprises.

In one of the groups im in they were saying if your package went through Florida its been slow but it it went through Anchorage its fast. Not sure if this helps

Yeah, a lot has been going unmonitored for a long time. Liners & carriers are hammering down on IOR's to properly classify with HTS and are getting specific about itemizing what is in packages. For parcel shipments, we technically are the IOR - duties would pass to us for payment.

Good haul! I was looking at Laennec and Dr Pen as well. Still deciding if i’m getting that or Derminator 2. I heard Dehantox is very stable; no human serum albumin.

The mailman literally just arrived as i’m typing this!
