Because these are injectables, the amount needed to develop an allergy can be very, very small. Small enough to where poor industrial hygiene can account for it.
Anaphylaxis is a serious thing and not knowing when it will strike next introduces additional threat vectors. Consider keeping epinephrine on hand.

It is easy to test, just use a small dose of the bac water you used to see if you react to it. If not it is the peptide or much less likely a contaminant or a peptide fragment from degradation, but generally bigger peptides are more allergenic than small ones, making the drug as the biggest and most common peptide in there the most likely cause. And in general allergic reactions and non neutralising antibodies to GLP or amylin agonists are very common, about 5% and up to 50% respectively, though most are localised injection site reactions not generalised.
