5 months on Reta, and my BMI is finally below 30. I just can't believe I've finally broken through to the other side.

Congratulations. I am so close and am so excited. And the BMI and weight are great, but to do it with so little stress? Incredible!

Congrats on celebrating being overweight I think?

Amazing accomplishment!

Congratulations on your weight loss! That's fantastic! That weekly average is insane....

Overweight is definitely better than obese.

BMI was never meant as a diagnostic tool for individuals. I too just recently am overweight and not sure if I'll make it to normal..... but never thought I was fully normal 😂🤣😂

I am on your heels. Today it was a BMI of 30.3, so close to being just overweight. Hopefully no later than next week.

Just be patient, friend. I was hovering around 5lbs above that magic number for a whole month lol

Congrats. I was super pleased to get to size L from 7xl clothes. In the long term in terms of health, getting to overweight rather than obese removes the worst risks even if you do not end up lighter, so definitely worth celebrating.

Congrats on your achievement!! 🎉 Although BMI is dumb, I'm sure it's nice to finally fit within that (very skewed) parameter. 💪
