I ran out of Triz and I’m just getting more. Where should I pick up on dose?

I ran out of Triz and couldn’t afford more until now. What should I take? I don’t want to get sick, but I’d hate to start over again at 2.5mg, but I will if I have to if that’s what’s best.

Sunday May 10th: 10mg

Sunday May 17th: 3mg

Sunday May 24th: 0mg

Sunday May 31st 0mg

Arrival Today

I am no expert, but if I were in your shoes, I'd probably start at the 2.5mg again for the first week just to get it back in my system and then try ramping up to 5 a week or two later rather than waiting a full month to ramp up. As long as the sides stay low, I'd just continue to ramp up more quickly until I hit the dose I left off on.

Two weeks off at a prior dose of 10mg doesn't mean starting over at 2.5mg, that's for true beginners. Your GI tolerance is established.

Take 5mg today, then see how it goes. If it sits well, step up to 7.5mg on Sunday, and back to 10mg the following Sunday. If today hits harder than expected, just repeat the 5mg on Sunday and push 7.5mg out another week.

Eat light, stay hydrated, and take it easy for a day or two after that first injection. You're re-entering, not restarting.

You’re going to have to decide based on your symptoms, your current levels are less than 1mg.

With you being at 10mg that implies you’ve had a reasonably long experience. I’d start with pinning 2-4mg then taking more every other day or so monitoring sides until I’d built back appetite suppression.

That’s kind of what I was thinking or just doing a split dose of 5mg, taking 2.5, then wait 3.5 days and take 2.5 more if I respond well.

I’ll probably split dose a 5mg. 2.5 then 3.5 days later 2.5 again if I feel up to it.

No offense, but how could you not plan ahead instead of running out?

No offense, but OP said that they didn't have the funds to purchase more. Not everybody has unlimited funds to buy peptides in perpetuity. Just because your situation allows for accumulation of years or decades of peptides, doesn't mean everybody is in a similar position. Reality is a lot of people in our country live paycheck to paycheck.

I missed that, thanks. I know people like that, and have friends in the same boat with their social security limited budget. My wife and I had to deal with that back in 2007 and 08 due to my income. Sorry @Atlanatpr. I missed that or skimmed right over it

Yeah i agree with the above. Dont make it overly complicated. Starting at 5 is perfectly fine as you are not a tirz newbie your body wont overreact to 5 after missing two doses. It happened to me as well some time ago for the same reason as you and honestly i went from 15mg to 7.5mg right away after a month off without issue. After a month off my hunger was seriously comming back and boy was i glad to take that dose at 7.5. I followed at 10 the next week and 15 the week after. No biggie. Never felt any side effect from that dosing.
