I have always had big boobs - DD at least, I could never go braless because you could for sure tell if I was braless. Turns out loosing weight has dramatically shrunk them, I bought a new bra in January that was a C cup and it's now too big, yesterday I wore a shapermint compression tank under my shirt and no bra and it was totally fine, boobs were not down around my belly button and it wasn't glaringly obvious I had no bra. So freeing. Anyway, I'm enjoying being small chested after having big ones for many years. Anybody finding this a pro rather than a con?
So--speaking of those Shapermint tanks--I LOVE THEM but I love the old version of them when they still called them Empetua. The material in the old ones was some serious compressive shit, the new stuff is way too stretchy to really compress well. I have some extra skin in my stomach after losing weight and they really hold that shit tight for me. I stockpiled as many of the old versions as I could get my hands on.

I still have my boobs but lost my butt. My wife lost some weight too, also lost butt. She calls us Buttless family. I'm a guy by the way.
I have had a "big butt" all my life, even when I was super skinny in my 20s. In middle/high school they use to call me "basketball butt". Of course this was back in the 80s when big butts were not popular like they are now. After losing 69lbs on Reta, I finally do not have a butt! It's been so nice to put on a dress and from the back, not feel like a basketball is hiding there! As for boobs, mine were never big until I got spayed, then they shot up from a B to a DD in about 2 years. They are finally back down to a B and I am happy with that.

That is WILD that getting spayed (the laugh that came out of me!!!) made them regrow so much!!! I have been pleading to get spayed for years but cannot get anyone to agree, but since I guess by the time this new IUD "runs out" Ill ideally be past that point of needing it, there's no point anymore.

I say that as though I have had ANY action in decades. Dead bedroom in the marriage (well mine was, him on the other hand...) and zero interest since the divorce.

I had only been spayed for about 4 months when I met my husband. He swears he could see my boobs grow right in front of his eyes! He's kinda mourning their loss but he knows I am happier in my skin without them that huge. As for the spay, my weight troubles began from there too, but due to dermoid tumors, I didn't a choice. Reta has been a total game changer for me. I am starting to finally feel comfortable looking in the mirror again.

I am of mixed feelings on this. I had a breast reduction when I was 22 as I was in shape but was a 34i cup. They went down to 34dd but then I had 3 more kids and they went up again to an Hcup like I never had a freaking surgery!! But way better shape to be honest not gonna lie.

Anyways now I've lost 20lbs and they are shrinking and I'm not sure how to feel. I've had to special order bras for so many years it would be really cool to go to VS or somewhere normal and find something off a rack. But my husband likes big boobs so I've got this nagging fear in my head he secretly will be bummed they're gone. He's a great guy so no huge issue but just something he would never tell me even if I asked.

Anyways I am now 2 cup sizes down and not sure what to think. I think I liked being curvy. Obviously still am but if I lose another 30 lbs I'm going to be too slender and C cup boobs seem like a little girl in my brain because even the surgery didn't get them that small. And my surgery was free, insurance covered all of it and let me pick how big I wanted to be after because they had plenty to remove to fill their requirements for coverage. It's weird how your mind gets so convinced of something because of what you've had your whole life. I wouldn't even feel like a woman if I didn't have big boobs.

Which is so stupid because being flat or having tiny boobs has no bearing whatsoever on someone's womanliness or femininity and I hate how our sex obsessed culture has hurt so many young ladies so they think they aren't just right the way they are. But then I'm here perpetuating that by being afraid of normal sized boobs and how that could make me less of a person. So stupid.

Ok, talk to me about Volufiline. I keep seeing this stuff but the reviews are SO mixed.
It works for some but not everyone and it is topical so not much penetrates to cause significant growth. I am a member of a natural breast growth group elsewhere and I managed to go from an A to a C using supplements and cupping. Before the peptide rabbithole, I was down that other rabbithole and had incredible results.

There are no "D's" or "C's" as a general description of size. A letter in itself doesn't define breast volume, only in the combination with band width. A 30D has the same cup volume as a 32C, a 34B or a 36A.

(And with properly fitted bras and their smaller bands, you are way past D very quickly.)

Thank you for pointing that out! Most guys have no clue and think Ds = MASSIVE TITTIES OH YEAH. Or opposite if they prefer small boobs and think 'way too much, almost gross'.

Ds are actually quite small if your bra fits and you don't have a 40+ band width.

ok so since this is now the official-unofficial T&A thread...I went shopping on Saturday for pants, and went to Aeropostale because they're the only store I know where "high waisted" is optional. And since I am low on ass and I never had a kid, hip-huggers are all I want. I'm not walking around showing midriff because I'm 45 and I just don't need THAT much attention, but I do NOT want my pants interacting with my navel in any way. Plus I wear a belt with a tactical pouch in lieu of carrying a purse, and I want that to sit low on my hips so it doesn't interfere with my shirt.

My size is now 4 short, in "super low waisted." I don't really understand the physics; I've got two inches of hip bone showing in the front when I lift my shirt, and ZERO ass crack showing in the back. I stood, I sat, I bent over, I squatted, and no ass crack. I DO appear to be getting some ass back from all the swimming and bicycling, I just couldn't tell because almost all the modern pants are balloon-assed or barrel-legged.

Interestingly enough; the jeans I've been wearing are y2k vintage hip huggers in size 7, which fit exactly the same as today's size 4's. I knew things had changed, but I didn't know how MUCH.

What did you get? I am always on the lookout for a good bra now that I need one.

I love Thirdlove if you have a smaller ribcage but still need larger cups.

I also like the Bare brand from bareneccesities. But they're all 60-80 a bra which gets old.

Never go to victorias secret for accurate sizing. They run at LEAST 2 cup sizes too small. I got several 34ddd bras from them when I wasn't as overweight and hopeful I could fit their brand and they were laughably too small. Covered half the boob. Bare and thirdlove are true to size.

Ps. I have a handful of very nice high ends bras that I wont need here in a bit if anyone is looking for 34H size bras? Plus the 34ddd VS bras I don't need lol. Shot in tthe dark because bra sizes are so individual.

I'm almost thinking I shouldn't get any bras until I get to maintenance dosing because I have no idea how much smaller they will go. My guess is I'll end up at a 32dd. Which will be weird. But so many more bra options, woohoo!!

I don't know how long it'll take to drop another 20-30lbs though and get to that size. It took 9 weeks to lose the first 20 but I'm under the impression the first weight drops fast and then really slows for the last bit.

Have you tried Silver jeans? Or Miss Me? They have styles that are all low waised. Feels like we're back to the early 2000s and double layering lacy tanks.

I like mid rose or high rise but I ordered some miss me and silvers off of poshmark and I was bummed to realize none of them fit well because they were so low rise. Which is perfect for you!

Shape is my issue. Bras just suck.
Agree. Not to mention all the weird styles like balconette, demi, half cup, plunge, lined, etc. I see a bra, think it's cute and buy it. Only to find out I don't have demi cup boobs. Tshirt bras are my favorite because they don't give me a weird shape and are smooth a over.

I have not, but will check them out; thank you!! "Back to the early 2000's" is EXACTLY where I am right now in several ways. I'm full on midlife crisising, and since I have a startlingly similar life to the one I had back then (I have more money now, but most of the rest is the same) my friends won't scold me or shame me if I don't act too obnoxious about it. I have no husband to cheat on and no kids to neglect. And my young friends aren't even embarrassed for me (or at least if they are, they're being kind about it) because the young people are currently dressing WAY different than we did, so I'm not in their territory. 😂

The fashion is a lot different that's for sure. I'm sick of the boxy/too short shirts. They make me look like a box.

I wish you the best mid life crisis ever! 🤣🤣 and luck in finding low rise jeans lol

This!!! Like, DO NOT COME AT ME WITH CROPTOPS. And I do NOT want those massive barrel leg jeans. This is not the early 90s Delia's era anymore. I am mumbles 48 and didn't want those when I was a kid, I do not want that now.

I took my 14 year old nephew to Hollister for his birthday...I was literally the only person there not wearing off white or light gray sweatpants (not even normal sweatpants, the ones with no ankle binding that look stupid) and a white tshirt and an off white or light gray hoodie with off white crocs or New Balances. Even the adults, some older than I am. I was standing there in my super dark wash baby boot midrise jeans, a navy Carhartt zipup hoodie and navy blue New Balance. And my navy blue fanny pack that I wear crossbody (I can't carry a normal purse bec of my back). I felt like I was this old curmudgeon or something.

I literally wear the same thing pretty much every day...dark jeans, compression tank top under a tshirt (color changes day to day but pretty much only a handful of colors), zip up hoodie (usually navy, but also gray), navy shoes.

You're just like me, same size from them, too. At 46, I can't do the high waist for the same reason and aero has been my go-to all these years. I miss my 90s and early 2000s jeans!

You sound like my kind of gal! I am the same way. Carhartt tops or unisex t shirts and ariat jeans and dirty shoes. Everywhere except on Sundays or the gym lol.

I clean up decent but it's not often.

I love not being a part of current trends and frankly feel sorry for the older crowd that still tries to keep up with the kids or Jonses to feel relevant.

I know I'm NOT relevant. And that's nice. Lol

Boobs are way overrated anyway.

My hubs loves them, but I told him as I was losing weight "your going to have to choose another body part or love the smaller version"

Sadly, it turns out, for me, my boobs want to remain fat and fluffy.

As a person who rides horses, big boobs are a real pain, literally. I was so looking forward to having less bounce and not have to wear cast iron bras...sighhhhh.

I have another 20lbs to go, maybe, finally, some of that will come from my chest.
Same. All that changed was my band size and now I think they appear larger because the rest of me got smaller. For me, it was my upper arms and my neck area that shrunk down first, or so it seemed at the time--I cannot express how much I am enjoying that.
