Exercise can help but it’s very common to lose from breast and buttocks because they are large fat stores. There are some tricks to get them back but not for posting here. Also always some cosmetic surgery options too
The “quick reset” to get all the feminine perks back? 😅

Take a short break from GLP-1 for a couple of months, regain around 8-10 kg while training properly so you rebuild not just fat but muscle too. Then hop back on your favorite GLP-1 and this time focus on a smarter recomposition: a slight calorie deficit, solid training, and maybe add a GHK-Cu + Volufiline combo for some extra skin support on strategic spots where some fat is a must-have 🙂

What did you get? I am always on the lookout for a good bra now that I need one.
I hate bras, no I don't wear them. 🤣 Wife used to pop her bra off when we left work at stopped for a few cold ones on the way home. I love that look. This was years ago.

I think I'm gonna like you.

I lost 25 pounds with reta. Surprisingly, my boobs were unaffected, though I have really dense tissue so perhaps that is why. My ass, on the other hand, is now non-existent 😭
:ROFLMAO :You lost your too? Maybe they are chilling together at the same place! If you see it again, tell mine to go back home, please!!!

Oh, mine is gone too.... Needed to buy some polstered panties otherwise even sitting on a flat surface is a challenge now 😅 Trying to pump it up with regular exercises. Chat GPT told me to stop running, so no more running only sit-ups, splits, glute bridges etc 🤣

I have always had big boobs - DD at least, I could never go braless because you could for sure tell if I was braless. Turns out loosing weight has dramatically shrunk them, I bought a new bra in January that was a C cup and it's now too big, yesterday I wore a shapermint compression tank under my shirt and no bra and it was totally fine, boobs were not down around my belly button and it wasn't glaringly obvious I had no bra. So freeing. Anyway, I'm enjoying being small chested after having big ones for many years. Anybody finding this a pro rather than a con?
Congratulations on the weightloss and hopefully less back pain. I have had to list jackets on poshmark because of the opposite reason 🙁

OK, I know this is all about the ladies.

But, I had these old man boobs for years. I tried a ton of cardio, working out hard and nothing worked. Now they weren't as bad as, "Bad Hat Harry" from Jaws, but they were awful when I bent over.

Well, 3 months of Reta, working out every day and a strict clean diet and they're almost gone.

Iy almost brings tears to my eyes 😢

You can sell you bras now. 🤣

So I've been bicycling and swimming for like three weeks, and I think I MIGHT be getting back some ass. It's not much, but I was doing that quick look-over you can do in your swimsuit without looking too tiresome when you're at the gym, and I think I saw the beginning of butt. I haven't sat on anything non-cushioned lately, though, so I can't be sure.

You'll know when "other people" start looking at your butt.

And don't lie ladies. You love it.

Damn, bro, if your last six comments in this thread hadn't been "I really love tits," I'd be tempted to give you a pass, but boy if you don't go take a cold shower right this minute I swear for God.

Guilty as charged and I stand by my comments.

I love women. Wouldn't want to live w/out them.

As a guy, D's are much too large and C's are nice but quite unnecessary.

If I was a woman, I think I would go with B's for the sake of practicality. I mean sure I could get more attention with C's, but nobody's going to respect me more for it! Any larger and, back issues.

There are no "D's" or "C's" as a general description of size. A letter in itself doesn't define breast volume, only in the combination with band width. A 30D has the same cup volume as a 32C, a 34B or a 36A.

(And with properly fitted bras and their smaller bands, you are way past D very quickly.)

This is so wrong on so many levels.

Perhaps it's super sarcastic and really funny, and just going over our heads. It's not... But perhaps 🤣

Isn't this the worst?! Losing my ass was honestly more heartbreaking because it took me years to build that badonk and then I lost almost all of that mass recovering from my spinal fusions about 5 months after I had my gastric sleeve. I had to relearn how to walk and all that, and I am now 5 years later BARELY having rebuilt this thing after 3 1/2 years of heavy lifting.

I mean, great yes we've lost weight, but losing all the fun jiggly bits are like the lamest tradeoff. I have lost 135 total, and mine held on pretty good until I hit about the 100lbs lost mark, to the point where I thought I was probably still gonna have something up top....But it was like when I hit just over 100lbs lost, sayonara sweetheart. The upside though is that they're like...small but surprisingly perky. I went from a 40G to a 28-30B-C. I actually burst out laughing when she gave me that size. When I got professionally fitted, she was like, I don't mean to be rude but you could easily buy training bras, and those are way cheaper and easier to get than this size. And she was right!

My boobs I can deal with, They have always been shitty boobs, so now is no different. My ass on the other hand has completly disappeared and I have a hard time with that, only because now I have no shape at all.

Ok, talk to me about Volufiline. I keep seeing this stuff but the reviews are SO mixed.
