I am in love with Semax and it might be a problem

I am cycling semax right now, about to order some selank as well. I'm also on testosterone and tirzepatide. I know some people don't notice anything on semax, but I am definitely not one of those people. I can see why people get addicted to stuff like this... I really really like it. It's not like I like pinning, I honestly hate that part. But the head rush it gives me is amazing. It's comparable to how nicotine made me feel, it just hits the dopamine in just the right way. When it first happened I was worried about it, but now I find myself excited to take it. It works really well in combination with my adderall, too. I find that it lasts longer. I'm only on .5 mg, I intend to titrate up to .8. But I worry I might like too much, and I'm not sure what to do about it. I am much more focused and clear headed. I love it. I honestly look forward to the second cycle.

Interesting that you have such a strong reaction. It's definitely subtle for me. I've switched to intranasal to cut down on the number of pins, so that might be part of it.

Wow, I wish it worked that well for me.

I'm honestly not sure if Semax is addictive physically (i.e. you get physically sick when you don't take it), but for you it sounds like it could be psychologically addictive (i.e. you just want it really bad).

To avoid tolerance and/or addiction, I recommend not titrating up if the current dose is working this well for you.

Is it standard or the N-acetyl semax? I'm not sure of the differences, but I'm under the impression that the N-acetyl is more stable for injection

This is interesting. I've been using it intranasally and it's doing absolutely nothing for me. I might give it a go pinning it seeing as though I've got another eight vials to get through.

I have the same reaction to it. It's my top pep, after Epitalon. I like IN even better than SQ. It can overwhelm your BDNF receptors, especially the NA version and the NA Adamantine version even more, Adamax. So, you need to pay attention to the max 30-day on/30-day off cycle to prevent that.

I like Selank as well, but it's much more subtle. IN delivery is great after work, and 1mg a couple hours before bed helps me sleep through the night after Reta. It uses the CDNF pathways so you can cycle 30 days on and take a week off between cycles. I respond really well to both of them. I use 1 mg of each.

Based on my research, I believe semax is contraindicated in those with bipolar, due to the possibility of it triggering a manic episode. I wouldn't be surprised if it did, because I definitely would be one who gets a manic episode if I was bipolar. My protocol for this cycle is every morning starting at .3 mg for 2 weeks, .5 for 2 weeks, .6 mg for 2 weeks, and ending at .8 mg for 2 weeks and 8 week rest. I would do more research before trying it, just to make sure it would be safe for you to take!

So, I'm currently just titrating up; my protocol is every morning. I use 3 ml BAC to mix with 10 mg vial; I started with .3 mg for 2 weeks, .5 mg for 2 weeks, .6 mg for 2 weeks, and ending with .8 mg for 2 weeks, followed by an 8 week rest period. After the rest, I will stick with .8 mg for each 8 week cycle. I don't personally like using intranasal, including like flonase. I just hate the feeling.

I do nasal and I love it too. No rush, just better concentration, clarity, cognitive function. It is like the colors are brighter. I'm thinking of doing an n=1 double blind on myself to be sure it isn't placebo effect.

I want to try Semax but every vendor I find either only sells GLP's or only accepts crypto. IDK how to pay that way. Frustrating. Guess I have to just stick to GLP's :/

The NA is more bioavailable and lasts longer, but I don't find it more intense than standard. Adamax, OTOH, is supposed to be rocket fuel. I have some, but haven't reconstituted it yet. I need to pick a time for it after the Semax vial is gone.
