How much Mots-c is anyone who is on it taking? And, how frequently are you injecting?

Started with 2 kits -

5 mg M-W-F for 4 weeks, then 10 mg once a week for 14 weeks. Was supposed to end cycle after 16 weeks total but had 2 vials left, so……..

Before the MOTS, ran a protocol of SS-31. I felt more from that…..

To preface, I never did ss31. I was blasting 10mg of mots c 3x per week. Did this for 4-6 weeks. I didn't really feel anything enough for me to do another cycle.

Maybe the ss31 beforehand does make a huge difference like they say.

I hated mots, I got terrible ISR. But I like the ss31, for some reason when I use it it breaks stalls. When I first started it I slept like a baby, too.

ISR means Injection site reaction. Like irritation, welts, icthing or pain.

I pinned Mots 1x and it stung like crazy and left a nasty red raised itchy spot. I had to sit with an cool pack on it and benedryl for it to go away. I decidied to wait on doing more until I added more bac. But I went on vacation for two weeks, left it in the fridge, and when I got back it was cloudy..so I tossed it, but yikes! Wonder what was in there, and if the rest of the vials have it or I introduced it.

I must be so bored, because I read this protocol and was like "OK I NEED TO DO THIS RIGHT THIS SECOND.

I'm nervous to try again. I bought a kit, and the first vial was the one I busted the filters on, but decided to use anyway, it stung horribly and immediately grew into huge raised welt. I used a cold pack and bendryl cream to calm it down.

Then I went away for two weeks, and when I got back it was cloudy.

This time I am nervous and will make sure the filtration process is followed carefully.

If Mots stings everyone does it work to do the things that we do for Glow? longer needle,

lidocaine cream etc?? Ive got the mag oil, but that made my skin so slippery I couldnt keep a hold of it to sustain pinch. hahaha. I tried wiping off with an alcohol swab but , still so slippery.

My kits from PGB all gave me a bump at the injection site. Persisted for weeks and hard as a rock.

My MOTS from Uther and SSA have been fine.

Obviously something in PGBs formula causes some to have ISRs. It seems like a somewhat common complaint amongst the girls that I date.

I usually will pin 5mg or 10mg right before I go to sleep. Makes me sleep really well. I think this is opposite of what most people experience. YMMV

I was happy doing 5mg per week split into two doses. I am five or six weeks into ss-31 and can't tell its done anything for me. These two seem somewhat random in how they affect people. I think optimal dosing is probably going to be all over the place too depending on the user's physiology.

I have 10mg vials so I'm doing a cycle of 10mg / week x 4 weeks. I add 1mL of bac and do 33 units MWF.

I am doing it mostly for the mitochondria health long term but I do feel like it gives me a nice boost for half a day or so, subtle clean wide awake energy

I don't use pgb mots but I do find it to be a little spicy /burny for a few minutes at the injection site, and I tend to get a little bruising. Not a big deal to me but yes it happens. Unsure about pgb

I've done this at least 6 times now, I still get a knot, but not an itchy welt.

have you tried pinning the KPV before the mots? wondering if that might help mitigate the sting.

I used a lidocaine cream 15 mins before pinning Klow today and it really helped. Thanks for this info. Now i've got to get some KPV.
