Ok this may seem kinda stupid but it's a real question and i can't find someone to tell me a straight answer. Following the 15g for 1000kcal rule, since i'm cutting on 3000kcal i usually eat around 45g to keep the gears running smoothly and keep my satiation up but if I take a GLP-1 agonist and my digestion is slowed does that mean i should eat more fiber so it goes smoother, should i eat less fiber because other wise it would go over-slowed by the fiber, or maybe i should just touch nothing and stay at 45g??

Kinda lost, all i know is my farts don't smell too bad and i wanna keep it that way.

If you start something that changes your digestion, you may want to dial it back and work back up, seeing where you land. I changed my supplemental intake when I started taking magnesium glycinate as it's mildly osmotic and that required recalibration.

Cutting on 3k calories is a big number relative to the typical crowd here.

you are already in the right line of thinking. and at 15g per 1000cal you are already well above average. i was about the same before GLPs and felt the slow down and tried upping mine too. i found you really have to spread out the fiber all throughout the day evenly or i will get...uneven results in the bathroom. id say personally to keep it the same for the time being, try to get it evenly all throughout the day, but be ready to adjust accordingly. in my experience the first week is a mess on my digestion so making changes that week is a futile effort. but after that i can adjust to what i need. its all depends on where you start before you begin GLPs, you are allready at a really good spot but you might need to go higher, or maybe not, just have to wait and see tbh.

if you aren't already id also suggest adding pre/pro biotics and maybe even a digestive enzyme. i know they have helped me alot since the food is in your system longer you want to make sure your body is able actually work with it rather than just sit there.

then i guess i'll dial down to 30g just as a precaution, wait for the first week or two to pass and depending on how i feel i'll adjust from there.

i never thought of pro biotics because i've never had any major issue that required this solution but i'll definitely look deeper on that on the digestive enzyme supplement, this might be the solution to my digestion concern, thank you a lot for those advice man

I asked chat gpt in the end I've been taking 1.5tbsp of chia seeds and 1.5 tbsp of milled flaxseeds. I go once a day, never straining myself, and hella impressed! Prior to that when I started Tirz it was not fun, and sparse.

i don't really like shia seeds but if just that can fix my gut issue i gonna give it a try. Plus i wouldn't mind having extra volume in my morning oats so why not give it a try.

I like to grind the seeds in a bullet blender before adding to my protein shakes. If it's a texture thing may try grinding them before adding to your oats.

I mix it all into my protein shake post work out. I think the flax seed and chia combo is what worked best for me good luck. Hope this gets resolved for you!
