For reference, I only started Reta within the last few weeks, and I am still in the process of working my dose up to the level I plan to maintain at. I have had a pretty easy go of it so far, losing about 6lbs with no major side effects other than a little GI pain day 1, and I am ALMOST satisfied with how much quicker I feel full. I imagine I have 0.5-1mg more to add to my weekly dose until I am content.

However, as I dig deeper into the world of peptides, there are a handful of other non GLPs that I have become interested in (GHK-Cu, MOTS-c, MT-2). It seems that the public opinion is that you should give it some time before introducing something new to your stack so that you know how each impacts you individually, and that this can be different for every person, but I was wondering if anyone had a general rule of thumb on how long they like to wait before adding another.

My guess is at a minimum waiting until I have reached the maintenance dosage for my Reta?

I started Reta back in mid March, started KLOW mid April, started CJC/Ipa mid May. So about a month between each. Been on the same dose of Reta since mid April.

Thanks! Do you notice that you can ‘feel’ the difference when you introduce something new?

I would give the Reta about a month, because based on its half-life, you're accumulating higher levels in your system for 20-something days after starting or increasing a dose before it levels out.

appreciate you!

In what is a good coincidence, I am in the same position as you. I just completed my 5th week of Reta. I am titrating up slowly for my own reasons. Was thinking about starting KLOW this week as well as finally get back to weight training. I had an injury a few years back and various other reasons I would like to try KLOW. If I do I will come back and update you.

I am all about novelty experimentation. I take about an average of 300......seconds before introducing something new.. 295 seconds now.
