I'm a Crystal Light girl, my sister’s kidney doctor says it counts as water.

I drink a lot of water. But sometimes need some flavor. I like liquid IV but I'm also cheap. What are ya'll using to stay hydrated?

I've seen that clear protein in the store. Never tried it. I get tired of super sweet protein shakes. Fair life shakes aren't bad. Is that Seeq stuff thick and sweet?
Not as sweet (I always add extra water) .. doesn't foam either like some clear proteins do. Target sells it.

I have blue razz (for my son) and mango pineapple on the way...

I’m a big fan of Ultima electrolytes, I add a scoop to my 32oz water bottle. The lemonade flavor is my favorite.
I also love the Ultima pina colada electrolyte mix. Funny story:

I recently switched from Tirz to Reta which increased my desire for sweets. I was adding 3 scoops of ulitma pina colada to my 40oz water bottle, 3-4 times per day. I starting having diarrhea almost daily and thought it was the switch to reta, in fact I almost switched back to Tirz. Then I looked closer at the ingredients list in the ultima. Each scoop has 100mg of magnesium citrate, so I was basically dosing myself with 1000-1200mg of mag citrate every day! Doh! With in a day of cutting back, my GI issues resolved.

Now I limit myself to one of these drinks per day with 2-3 scoops and I have been fine ever since. I sub in LMNT and LiquidIV to spread the nutritional additives around.

I get you! Water gets boring, and Liquid IV is great but pricey. I like using electrolyte packets from Costco or just a splash of lemon juice with a pinch of salt. Sometimes a little flavored seltzer does the trick too!

I hate that I don't have a costco anywhere near me. Sams club just isn't the same.

Absolute truth. I drive 30 minutes to go to Costco and 10 to Sam's. I have both and wish the Costco was closer.

I’m absolute shit at this..

I drink an energy drink and a glass of 5 calorie Minute Maid mango juice stuff a day….

I occasionally drink a 10 calories mango Gatorade fit…..

Same, Id love to be one of those people with the massive water jug they carry around all day. But I just can't make myself do it.

I use LyteShow drops.
I use this too in addition to three other electrolyte powders throughout the day. Instead of using the drops in my 40oz water bottle I use a 3ml syringe without the needle on it. Delivers one dose and I put it into an espresso mug, add a about a shot of water and drink it like a shot. I follow this up with either plain water or water with another electrolyte.

I find the salt in all of the electrolytes keeps my heart rate down and improves my BP that is borderline low.
