Hit goal, now what?

Went from 218 to 135. My stack is currently 12.5mg Tirz, and 6mg Reta.

I don't mind gaining a little back (10lb or so).

What would you drop dosage to? Or should I just extend time between dosage?

Congrats! I’m 5 pounds from goal, so I’m curious too. Maintenance is a whole new ballgame.

My inclination would be to avoid making huge changes in the dosages. Try 8 mg tirz and 3 mg reta and see how you feel and if you continue to lose weight. Great job.

I'm in a similar situation (5lbs to goal). I was at 10mg Tirz, did my first pin of Reta (2mg) last week and dosed Tirz down to 7.5 today. My plan is to titrate Tirz down to zero over the next 3-4 weeks and titrate Reta up to 6mg over the next 8-12 weeks and try it solo for maintenance.

If my heart rate doesn't cooperate I will stop the Reta and dose Tirz back up, hopefully to just 7.5mg and stay there. I will adjust dosing schedule based on feelz/weight.

This is my plan, but you know what they say about plans.

It’s going to be trial & error as far as dose & timeframe between doses, imho. Maybe start by lowering dose or spacing time in between doses ( or both ) and pay close attention to how you feel ( hunger/cravings ) and weigh yourself once a week? This is what I’m doing/trying to do.

I got down to 120lbs (5’4 female ) and did not want to lose anymore. Ended up down to 109lbs. I think I have finally figured out what works for me. ( managed to get back to 120 & would be happy if I gained another 5-10lbs ) I’m at lower dose and go longer in between doses. Seems to be working so far.

I am 5’10” and dropped down to 130 pounds using a low dose and have been fooling around with the dosage for the last month and a half in an attempt to gain wisely while not reverting to binging. I haven’t had a lot of success in gaining yet. However just this week I decided to try something similar to what works for you, increasing the time between dosages. So happy to hear that it is working for you! Hope I have the same success.

I'm 20% body fat, don't really need to lose much more, I don't plan to look like schwarzenegger anyway lol

I started spacing my injection, I'm at 6mg reta every 12 days or so for the last month and it's a good balance I think.

I will definitely feel the hunger more past 7 days so the last few days before next injection I eat a bit more. It's fine tho since I'll eat less the next few days after injection.

My goal is to start building muscle more since I'm pretty much where I wanna be!

I'm on 1.25mg Tirz now. Can't stop losing despite eating enough food. Considering reducing it even further or spacing out injections. I think I am one of the super responders.

With 6 mg Reta you should continue to lose weight. I’ve been on 4 for a month. Down 17 pounds from 246-229. Just switched to 6 mg this week and my weight is dropping daily.

Until I reached goal, was using 12.5 of Tirz and 3 Reta. In maintenance now and I am using 12.5 mg Tirz every 10 days.
