TRT, Reta

Start date of reta

2/19/26

Reta 4mg (week 9)

46m 5’11

SW: 221

CW: 203

I’d like to implement the following

Cjc/ipa , tesa, and Klow

Had a shoulder injury that took me out of the gym for the last 2 years and now ready to get back into it.

What are your thoughts or experience with this stack.

Thank you

How many mg of reta in those 40 units? Interested to know the actual dose, because 40 units seems like a lot of volume for just starting, but again... I don't know the concentration of Reta in those units.

You probably don't NEED 3 GH secretagogues honestly if you want to boost your GH that much just take HGH you are 46 so its not like shutting down your GH production would really matter all that much and if you didn't want to go down that route Tesa/Ipa id drop one of the GH secretagogues will save you some money for either more Tesa or KLOW. also what is Specifically your goal with your stack.

thanks for the reply. I’d like to get down to 185-190 with some muscle. When I hit the gym I usually just bulk and pretty high BF. I’m getting up there in age not to be pushing too much weight and risking an injury. I guess what I’m hoping for is weight loss (lower my bmi) and muscle build. I do have some nagging shoulder (rotator cuff ) and foot ( plantar fasciitis) . Relatively, healthy now would like to keep it that way.

I would run labs, including IGF, and then add hgh 2 iu daily. Save you a bunch of money over running ipa/cjc and/or tesa. Rerun labs after 8-12 weeks.

Honestly if I were you I would do 3 things before you inject anything into your body but generally I think your stack makes sense as long as everything is dosed properly and you take all this stuff daily for the next 3 months don’t quit these things take time lol

#1 go get a full bloodwork panel and look at your hormonal profile things you should be looking at are SHGB,Total T, Free T ,E2 Progesterone, LH, FSH, IGF-1, cholesterols and Cortisol is what I would focus on. Regardless of what the blood panel comes back with you at a bare minimum have a baseline of your health. You are on TRT so the testosterone really isn’t all that important you should already know what your levels are at but you should still be monitoring stuff other than test sometimes people just chase numbers.

#2 figure out your BMR and set up a nutrition plan. Essentially you don’t REALLY need to bulk (dont get me wrong I love to dirty bulk) but eating like 200-300 calories over or under your daily burn really is more along the lines of what you should be eating for bulking/cutting. also don’t focus on BMI I’m morbidly obese on the BMI scale haha but I’m really quite in shape, this is even more relevant if you are in shape or have some muscle. Find meals you like to eat diets fail because people eat rice chicken and broccoli and hate every moment if you hate your diet you’re gonna either mass waste your body on Reta or cheat on it.

#3 set up a workout plan and set clear goals/markers/milestones long term and short term. Find a friend or wife or dog to keep you accountable and celebrate when you hit those long term and short term goals losing weight is hard I don’t care what people on here tell you pumping your body full of XYZ isn’t always the answer it definitely helps and makes it easier but at the end of the day it’s hard and setting milestones helps you look forward to the next milestone and keeps you on track.

Some other things I would note is you’re in your 40s you can still push some serious weight don’t let anyone tell you you can’t especially since you are on TRT. Just make sure your are stretching and warming up and maintaining form when form breaks the person breaks. Another thing that you may not WANT to hear but I think is important is focus on either losing weight or putting on muscle recomping your body is extremely hard and stressful, but realistically doing both at the same time isn’t super realistic even with a dialed in diet and some special sports medicine. My final bit I’ll say in this Ted talk of a reply is cardio cardio cardio, it doesn’t stop you from building muscle it keeps your heart and vascular system strong and is gonna allow you to push harder anyone who tells you different don’t listen to them they don’t have your best interest in mind.

Guessing a lot of what I said most likely isn’t new info to you but you never know maybe it will help someone out there. All these peptides and other PEDs are awesome and really fascinating but in my mind they just amplify the habits you already have for better or worse.

Do you have a testing service or website that you prefer to run all of those tests? I've been looking at quests mens health test and function healths.

Thanks. Yep, just took a panel 2 days ago. Receiving info next week. Then I’ll get some more blood work.

Unlike Thunderbird, I'm anti cardio.. Thats hyperbole, not exactly anti, I just hate it. But now I am happy. Use an exercise mimetic and do the 6 minute cardio protocol and get that weak sauce out of the way. Now for the serious stuff. I concur with Thunderbird above, focus on either fat loss or bulking, not both. That said, there is nothing that says you can't try to preserve muscle while losing weight. You may even be able to add some lean mass, but you shouldn't count on it.

Nevertheless, there are some definite problems with your plan which others have hinted on. Do not stack multiple secretagogues for a generic weight loss agenda. In fact, by separating it, you would be able to derive a longer-term benefit from these Tesa/Ipa gang if you already have them. IMO, your main problem IS the TRT. If you are cutting, or planning to cut, Stanozolol is the best option. See if you can reduce your TRT dosage while cutting and using Winstrol/Stanozolol. And while you are doing Reta, the consensus is that Tesa is the best add-on to get rid of visceral fat. You could also use clenbuterol, ephedra, creatine, epicatechin for the extra edge. Focus on getting rid of the fat once and for all, and then you can bulk up to your heart's desire. Without the fat this time.

Thanks for the reply. Yeah, my test levels are low so I have to be on it. I think my objective is to drop as much weight as I can . Then add the other peptides in question. I’ve jumped to a great start. I think in my mind if I can stay around 190 with mass, I’d be happy. Honestly , I don’t like being skinny lol. Thanks for all the replies and I’ll keep reading and learning about all stacks and peps. Thanks

I understood TRT was for low Test. What I meant is that given how anabolic Test is, you may need Stanozolol to preserve muscle while you lose fat, and avoid water retention. Yeah fvck skinny, bro. fvck obese more...lol, 190 with mass usually implies cutting to 175-ish, bulking to 195 and shredding to 190. Good luck with that. When you're cutting, make sure you target all the fat you can.

Let me cut in due to the Winstrol/ Stanozolol issue. Author of the thread says he has a shoulder issue, which made him to quit the gym for 2 years. I have some experience with Winstrol and it definitely can make the injury worse. That roid is great to cut and improve strength at the same time, but unfortunately is very bad for the joints.

I too have a torn rotator cuff and biceps tendinosis. The dehydration feature of stanozolol happens at high doses and is mitigated by collagen, glucosamine, and TRT. If someone is already on TRT, the effect should be synergistic.
