I like to be succinct. To better explain for you, "constant and debilitating' was meant to describe a headache that only goes away with robust application of OTC pain meds and returns once those meds exhaust their cycle (constant), and is affecting daily life (debilitating) by making it hard to focus at work. Some might think it's okay to go to the ER for a headache I suppose, but we like to save that space for actual emergencies.
