目前我只测试过 Mix 的 T30 橙色盖子。我也有 JEEP 的盖子，但还没用过。想找到非橙色的盖子（现在还有黑色的盖子）真不容易。

J5有透明帽/铜压接（ZJC）和透明帽/红色压接（TCI）的T30。他还有T15、T20、T40以及更高规格的。虽然你不可能拿到中国批发价的最低价，但考虑到这些经过充分测试且售后服务良好的国产产品，我认为这个价格已经相当不错了。

Sorry to hear you have had a bad time. It is never fun having GI issues. I've had a couple of bad episodes of stomach pain when I was taking Mounjaro so I know how awful it can feel.

I've been using JEEPs orange cap T30 for about a month and have had no problems. It has been circulating since June 25, so I think if there was some issue with it causing widespread problems we would probably have heard of it by now.

I have seen some COAs of T30 orange as high as 36mg (Aurora). If you presume that it's all from the same place then could it be that your injected dose is higher than you think it is? Your symptoms and their onset match what you might see with a dose related side effect rather than something like dysentery.

Shigella - the bacteria that causes dysentery would be extremely unlikely in a a lyophilised vial and it would also need to be consumed orally to infect the gut epithelia where the infection takes. You cannot get dysentery by injecting shigella via the sub cutaneous route.

Peter Magic in his PepTok interview says that the most common failed test is sterility for anything tested at 3-5%, but filtering would almost negate any of that risk. There may be some endotoxin risk, but I'm not sure even that would explain your symptoms. They fit the picture of a dose related side effect much closer. I would not be so quick to throw all your T30 away! Maybe try a lower dose filtered with Hospira and see how that goes. I'd even be tempted to prepare a single dose with sterile water for injections so you have removed any other factors and inject half of what you usually take and see how you feel. I think there is hope for your T30 yet!

That's an interesting wrinkle. I'll admit that I no longer dose based on the COA, since I've been on it for a while. I'm currently on 15mg of Tirz, but even with overfill may be around 17 or 18mg. I'm currently doing 50 units. I'm still on the train of the vials being compromised due to them failing sterility, but I'll try your suggestion of lowering the dose, maybe 35/40 units and see how that goes.

I ordered T40 from Jeep - orange caps. It’s been not effective at all. I’m wondering if they sent me T30 by accident. Trying to figure why it’s not working so well.

I'll also add this, this entire time, my nasal mucus has been yellow, which indicates an infection, and I don't have a cold or flu. Not discounting what @GalloB73 said, just adding more evidence that I'm pretty certain it's bacterial.

I just cannot conceive of a plausible physical mechanism by which a subcutaneous injection containing a bacterial gut pathogen, is going to make it to your gut . There are just way too many tissue boundaries in the way. It would be much easier to believe it could cause a severe systemic infection, that would definitely put you in hospital with septicaemia, than it could get to the gut without that intermediate step. My logic say that it is so implausible that it is not a good explanation, and any other explanation such as food exposure makes more sense.

Filtering is still a good idea.

I got the same worry. The one thing I can think of is systemic immune response. Usually, immune response ISRs are localized, but blood poisoning / sepsis is real, YO!

If you don't want to spring for a laminar flow hood, there are also collapsable Still Air Boxes used for Mycology (Mushroom growing) for $30, which can be sprayed down. Best of all, use both!

Yeah, it made it possible to move my recon work out to the garage, where I can leave it set up (and covered so the neighbors don't find out I'm Breaking Bad) with spousal consent. Just transport things in and out of the fridge/freezer in a wiped down box or baggy. The alcohol spray and the 3D printed recon stand just await new arrivals.

I might have spoken too soon. Started feeling symptoms again (no mucus yet luckily). I think I'm just going to toss the rest of the Mix T30. Despite filtering, it didn't seem to get rid of what I have. I bought 4 kits of Mix T30 and I'm pretty pissed that all the vials I've tried so far, are bad. Now I'm debating whether to recon the T30 from JEEP I have. I'm honestly not excited about any orange cap T30. Has anyone seen a sterility test for the black cap T30?

And since no vendor guarantees sterility, I'm pretty disappointed that I wasted all that money on this.

Oh man, I was all for not filtering before...however, after reconning some famous orange cap T30 from a vendor here...starting feeling weird. Gas and bubble guts in the morning, nausea, some fatigue. I just chalked it up to higher doses of both Tirz and Reta. HOWEVER, this morning I noticed something different (apologies in advance...). Got some bad diarrhea, but that turning into something REALLY strange, clear poop with some blood. Looking it up, symptoms showed it wasn't clear, it was actually mucus. Looking up said symptoms, it brought me to bacillary dysentery .

I'll note that multiple T30 vials from different vendors failed sterility. I have so much orange cap T30 and so many vendors carry it. I'll be filtering from now on, as I feel like absolute shit.

It sounds an awful lot like runners colitis. Diarrhea with mucus and blood. It very well could be you had a gut reaction or side effect the same way some runners do after long runs. It's stress induced.

Anyway, just a thought and maybe helpful to someone in the future.

I ended up just reconning a vial of T60 and calculating based on COA. No symptoms after. Could also be that I took too much of a dose than I should, since I was just going off the vial instead of COA amount. But it did get me to start filtering, which is a plus.

Here's my question, not knowing what this was, even if the culprit was in the vial(s) you suspect, is there a guarantee filtering would have stopped it? Filtering fails to remove a lot of the more serious issues like endotoxins.

What kills me are people who filter but don't use gloves. Staph is everywhere, and washing them only does so much due to oils in the skin, etc. So I use gloves anytime I draw from a vial. I get nitrile gloves when they are on sale at Harbor Freight for like $6 for a box of 100. And they even have XL sizes.
