For the most part, I don't really consider that a problem. I guess if you were reconning something really fragile, sure, but tirz can take it. I also hang on to the plunger as it goes in; the suction will pull it in, so I don't have to push it, just hold it back so it goes in a little slower. When I want to pull it all out to filter into a cart, I just push 2ml or so of air in before I pull the peptide out.Occindemure said:Of all the "Instructions" available online on how to recon a vial.
Quite frustrating they skip the venting.
Nothing like having all your Bac water explode into a vial under suction.
The venting mostly comes into play on the cartridge, to keep the bottom from blowing out as you're adding the peptide.
