Check out the vendor connection section of this forum and you will see WBS.

That's a great idea. Grab a vial or 2 out the freezer and I'll pin it. If I get up to 3 injections of 10mg, hungry all the time and gained 4lbs, I'll know.yobculture said:Yeah, but a lot of us are rightfully concerned now that we know about their association with JYC. I was practically stanning for WBS, but they’ve done a few things that are concerning, like having the same dark orange tops for t30 and t60. And now this. I saw that @Airborne Daddy asked them about their association JYC on their vendor page and I hope they respond.
I have the dark orange top t30 and I know others have the light orange top t30. They don’t put dates or batch numbers on their products, so we don’t know what is what. I was part of the testing group for the dark orange tops, and it tested well, but who knows what I really have. One small mistake/misstep could change everything. Now I'm wondering if I should randomly grab one of my vials (or two) from the freezer and get them tested.
I guess there are definitely benefits to ordering from a much more expensive place like PGB, because at least they have batch numbers and dates and fairly aggressive third party testing.

Come to think of it, I have felt pretty hungry on JYC's reta although I've heard that's not uncommon coming from tirz.Airborne Daddy said:That's a great idea. Grab a vial or 2 out the freezer and I'll pin it. If I get up to 3 injections of 10mg, hungry all the time and gained 4lbs, I'll know.

The restaurant industry would love people on LDR (low dose reta) instead of sema and tirz.Eengineering said:Come to think of it, I have felt pretty hungry on JYC's reta although I've heard that's not uncommon coming from tirz.

I see you on here a lot so I figured I'd ask. I understand I can probably find a million different answers here on the forum but if Reta has the lowest affinity for GLP-1 receptors of the big 3, how is it still rivaling tirz in terms of weight loss?Calm Logic said:The restaurant industry would love people on LDR (low dose reta) instead of sema and tirz.

Gemini said:While Retatrutide might have a lower affinity for GLP-1 receptors compared to Tirzepatide, its triple agonism, particularly the inclusion of glucagon, introduces a significant fat-burning and energy expenditure component that Tirzepatide lacks. This broader metabolic impact allows Retatrutide to achieve comparable or even superior weight loss outcomes, even if its appetite suppression mechanism alone isn't "stronger" on paper. It's a testament to the idea that weight loss isn't solely about reducing food intake but also about optimizing the body's energy balance.

Gemini said:While GIP historically wasn't seen as a primary appetite suppressant when given alone, current understanding, particularly with dual and triple agonists, suggests it plays a significant role.
GIP receptors are expressed in brain regions involved in appetite control (like the hypothalamus). Agonism of these receptors can directly reduce food intake and promote satiety.

I was on reta ended up adding 1mg of sema and that worked...Eengineering said:Come to think of it, I have felt pretty hungry on JYC's reta although I've heard that's not uncommon coming from tirz.

I appreciate your trying to inform, but regurgitating AI results, and more specifically that "Ki Chart", is not terribly helpful.Calm Logic said:I guess it does offset it:
Reta also has more appetite-suppressing GIP than tirz. This table is on a log scale, with lower values reflecting stronger activation:

And based on the table above, tirz and reta are more similar with GLP compard to sema (and survo). What is amazing to me is how anyone loses a lot of weight on madz, which has the least GLP.
Regarding appetite suppression by GIP:

Is it the red cap Triz?vewdew34 said:No Worries about WBS I been taking TIRZ 15 from them and working really good.

I'm so close to going back to tirz but I have 9 vials of reta. ughEengineering said:Come to think of it, I have felt pretty hungry on JYC's reta although I've heard that's not uncommon coming from tirz.

I'd suggest doing what's best for your health and progress over freezer space and budget. I'm a firm believer that if you're doing it effectively any GLP you choose won't effect your budget when offset by funds saved in eating (groceries/restaurants).tracylynn said:I'm so close to going back to tirz but I have 9 vials of reta. ugh

So newbie question here, how would the 2mg Sema look at all like 30mg Tirz?Airborne Daddy said:That's a great idea. Grab a vial or 2 out the freezer and I'll pin it. If I get up to 3 injections of 10mg, hungry all the time and gained 4lbs, I'll know.

The mannitol is the white powder filler you are seeing. It's not discernable to the human eye whether you have 30mg or 3mg.joseblo said:So newbie question here, how would the 2mg Sema look at all like 30mg Tirz?
I don't expect density to be constant esp between peptides, but I'd think a 15x difference is a bit crazy. At least if I had 10 bottles and 1 looked different/light, I'd send that one in to test.
Or does the vacuum sublimation / lyophilization process lead to hollow blobs that fill the bottle however much material is inside? My inquiring mind wants to know before I send stuff out to test.

There was a peptide company maybe recon and it wasn't glp1's like a year ago that everyone thought they were scammed cuz they didn't use much filler. Folks would say wtf u can barely see anything in the vial like just some flakes.Eengineering said:The mannitol is the white powder filler you are seeing.
