Woo hooo!!!! 🎉 🪇 👏 Well done, you must feel so proud and rightly so! Did you have a nice form-fitting outfit for your Nephew's graduation to show off your great accomplishment? I hope so. 🙂 If anything calls for a new outfit or two, it's 120 freakin pounds!! 🥁

I'm approaching my own goal as well (140) which is also the mid-point of the normal BMI for my height, and I cannot really believe it at times. 4-5 weeks should get me there. Crazy but thrilling to think about... Congrats again!!

Sadly I am still stuck in the fat girl mindset 😞 I have not figured out how to fix that. I went with a flowy skirt and summer sweater. But it was a size small 😊 I am following you, I can't wait to see your goal accomplishment post! Congrats on your success so far!
 
Congrats! So happy for you. Are you planning on sticking around to that same Tirz dosage, keep going up, or stopping for a while?

Thanks, I weighed in at 118 yesterday so once I hit 110 I will titrate down until I find a dose that will help me hold without + or - on the scale. I'm not ready to give up the food noise reduction yet, I'm not that strong 😂 I may try switching to just cagri once I'm at my desired weight for awhile. Playing it by ear
 
congrats...its great that you have met your BMI, ill be super happy if i can get under 200...currently 245. if you dont mind me asking, how many calories do you usually eat a day?

I aim for 1000 but usually end up around 800-900. I lean heavy on protiens and snack on almonds and other good fats. I also found that no carbs stalled me, I had to add in some carbs when I stalled to get the scale moving again. This is just what worked for me
