I have been using Glutathione for about 6 months both orally and subq depending on availability. I recently read somewhere you should cycle off periodically. I have never cycled off. I hope I am not burning out some receptor. What are all of you doing as far as cycling

I think, I read about cycling that stuff, maybe 6 weeks, and then pause.

How did it help you ?

I think, it's not well absorbed if you use it subq.

what were your results with Glutathione? I just ordered it!

Yes, you should cycle off every few months so you don’t disrupt your natural production. You can help your natural production with cruciferous vegetables. I love it too much to stop for more than a few weeks.

More than a year ago when the only peptide I was taking was Semaglutide, I was suffering from very frequent migraines. Someone told me Glutithione helped decrease hers. I started taking about 1000mg orally and not only did it decrease my migraines but it gave me energy and improved my mood. Shortly after this, I discovered grey peptides. I learned I could pin it sub q for even better results. I get great results pinning 200 to 300 mg every day with vitamin c. The vitamin c can be injectable or oral. When injectable Glutithione is unavailable I take about 1500 mg oral for simular results. Unfortunately it looks like I need to stop it for a bit. Lately the migraines are coming back a little so hopefully it will regain its power after the pause.

Is it better absorbed IM?

IV, IM and sub q all have close to 100% absorption rates. The difference between them is the speed that it is absorbed. IV being instant followed closely by IM and then sub q. Oral is poorly absorbed because of the digestive system. Oral absorption rates are sometimes less than 5 - 10% so you need to take much more to absorb the same amount. Vitamin C and E are important for absorption and retention as well. Without enough vitamin C you just pee it out almost instantly.

I swim laps in an outdoor pool several times a week so my skin is usually sun damaged and dry from the chlorine. The dark spots on my forehead definitely got lighter from the glutathione. Months later my skins flakey dry chlorine burned texture slowly became moister, softer and more elastic but that was about the time I started KLOW. About 3 weeks ago I stopped my KLOW cycle and the flakey dry skin is returning. I am not looking forward to stopping my glutathione cycle and any reversals that follow. The aesthetic effect was an unexpected result of both glutathione and KLOW.

You will see improved skin tone after about 3 months. It will also be softer to the touch. You need to take it with copious amounts of Vitamin C/Ascorbic Acid. I find it easiest to reconstitute with Ascorbic Acid and get it all at once. Be sure you are adding Vitamin E as well.

Where would you buy the Ascorbic Acid to reconstitute it? Do the Chineses sell it?

anyone here getting killer nausea from glutathione? I was fine on 50mg but once I went up to 100mg I feel sick as a dog

I've gone as high as 500 mg and all I noticed was a nice bump in energy and a mild slightly sulphur taste in my mouth.

Geez, that is surprising, especially for a low dose. Splitting up the doses to twice a day may help? Zofran could help too, if you aren't wanting just 50 mg at a time.

Are you taking it IM or subq?

Subtle energy boost at best for me, but I'm also on a new GLP stack which could be fatiguing.

No sides, other than ISRs using Chinese gluta. So Korean gluta from a domestic reseller on the way. Yesterday was the first time I tried my max, 600 mg (mostly IM but some subq).
