It is not something you need to worry about. There were reports of heart valve damage from this class of serotonin reuptake inhibitor drug and sibutramine, but it was very rare. The odds of getting it in a weight loss supplement are very low but not zero. Getting it in a lyophillised peptide from china would be extremely unlikely. So extremely unlikely times very rare means almost zero probability.

Thank you. My thought is would it not just be easier to provide Tirzepatide than to sell something pretending to he tirzepatide but actually being sibutramine? The article as a whole seems to be slanted and very little of it mentions peptides so probably not as relevant to this forum as it might seem. The “crackdown” had very little to do with the grey market and more to do with counterfeit drugs.

I am pretty sure sibutramine has been found in multi herbal weight loss supplements, though not common. It has not been for sale in Australia at least for a long time, I remember taking it. So I doubt it is super available. Viagra like drugs in herbal mens' performance enhancing pills is fairly common, which probably makes them more effective than if it was not substituted, but does carry risks of unexpected adverse effects or drug interactions.
