Hi all,

For those of you testing KPV, not necessarily KLOW, how long was it before you saw any benefits if any? Have you tried the oral version or the subQ in your research? I'm interested to see if it helps with eczema or immune issues in particular. Just started my experiment and interested in good and bad previous test results. How long did you run your experiment and were the results permanent or only while testing?

Thank you in advance.

I did kpv solo. Just wanted to boost immune system and reduce inflammation. I dropped some inflammation weight first week which caused overall feeling of wellness. Haven't been sick since using it.

I posted my KPV experience in length on a couple other platforms, including the severity of my 2 decades old injury, which is severe. It also soften the dark circles I had under my eyes, and I'm free of any former scalp issues. Started working for me almost immediately, maybe 1-2 days.

Long short of it, ( as my chronicle was 4-5 paragraphs or so), I wanted to continue inflammation benefit that I got from 2p when I transitioned to 3p for maintenance. I use 250mcg 1x daily, 5 days on, 2 off. I cycle every 6-8 weeks, by preference. I can not imagine not having it. I have dosed 1-1.25mg here and there in 1 pin, with no averse issues. But mostly, stick with my 250mcg protocol to afford a 2nd pin in day if i choose. I'm a huge fan of the KPV.

I'm halfway through a 60-day cycle on just KPV by itself, no KLOW. No sides at all at 500 mcg daily. I think it started working within a couple days. My arthritic joints are loose, and the inflammation is way down, it even shrunk some of the deposits I have in my elbows. My skin has cleared some also. I'll know if it's permanent or not after another month, but I like what I see so far.

Edit: I'm also on Reta and have been for 4 months, so that may be helping also and clouding the KPV picture, but I've seen additional improvement since I started KPV a month ago.

Yeah, I'm using it in a break between 2P and before starting 3P myself. I was gobsmacked by the anti-inflammatory nature of 2p. I myself have a spinal condition that's been ruining my life for 5 years, and the 2P had me up and out of the fetal position and feeling great. I had to quit the 2P because I had what I would describe as 'violent gastrointestinal reactions' ..and I REALLY hope the KPV keeps the ball rolling with the pain relief, just in case the 3P tries to kill me too.

Just started my first run of kvp. Dosing 500mcg a day for 4 weeks on, and 4 weeks off. I’m 14 days in and finding that I have so much less inflammation. I’m a dental professional, so my body hurts after so many years. This pep has been FANTASTIC for keeping aches and pains away. I also have lipedema and I’m hoping to find something that helps symptoms of that. Another positive is my skin! It’s so soft!

KPV is a keeper for me. I'll always have some around now.

LOVE my KPV.

Usually pin 400 mcg AM and another 400-800 mcg PM depending on how much GHK-cu/KPV I opt to dose.

Powerful anti-inflammatory. I've had a disc injury for almost 30 years now and the KPV really calms the nerves and back pain.

Same kind of thing. I've been getting nerve RF ablation treatments about every 9 months, and as much as I love the good drugs on the day of the procedure, the pain never really 'goes away'. But on my first day of pinning KPV I was able to walk around Walmart for a few hours without becoming a whiney murderous fiend, like usual. I literally feel like I can stand up straighter. Might be placebo effect, but ...I'll take it.

Maybe no one cares, but it's been six days and here's what I have noticed. Pain comes and goes with KPV so far. But I have a LOT of things that can hurt (herniated discs, FAI, partially torn rotator cuff, stage IV OA in one knee, the other knee is metal). I'm still a little puffy from inflammation, but I'm also currently switching from Tirz to Reta 1mg, so that's a confounding factor in the experiment. With the combination of KPV and Reta and recent weight loss, I was able to do a beginner kettle bell workout yesterday including

Romanian deadlifts and ...I feel alright today. I dare say even amazing. Like, minor post workout-soreness, but not extreme pain. It was only one set of the different movements, but I haven't worked out in like..10 years.

However! I normally have extremely dry skin, dyshidrotic eczema and skin allergies. Like to the point, that I could rub my nose raw if I rubbed it with the back of a finger or hand sometimes. Within about 40 minutes of my .5 mg KPV shots, that all calms down. The red itchy spots on my hands visibly go away. My skin is more hydrated. Even scars seem to be lightening (I'm a pale white person). I'm allergic to cats, so naturally the cat distribution system sent me one. I can play with her and not come away ready to scratch my skin off.

Stretch marks on my tubby belly are also shrinking. That skin feels and looks more healthy. I usually give myself a KPV shot about an inch away from where I inject the Reta at the same time to help avoid any ISR. Maybe I haven't had an immune reaction to the Reta or maybe the KPV keeps it at bay. Can't say one way or the other because the experiment is imperfect. But, I haven't had an ISR yet.

Could you mention more about your scalp issues? My spouse has some scalp inflammation that we’re wondering if KPV would help address.

Years of dry, flaking patches, often red and inflamed w/ some bleeding, for years( becoming worse during peri- menopause and Menopause). Dermatologist just prescribed tar shampoos, creams, but issue still remained, and she didn't have a clear answer for me, but always stated " its not eczema, bacteria, etc" I asked, then what...? Nothing concrete😐. Once I began Tirz at the start of my journey 5/24, within a week I noticed a difference in inflammation overall, including reduced flaking and redness of scalp, but still evidenced. When I began maintenance w/ Reta 5/25, I found for me, at my maintenance dose, inflammation assistance wasn't the same as Tirz. Use of KPV regularly began a little before my transition to maintenance and improvements began.

Since I cycle of KPV, I was able to baseline how bad my scalp was when off cycle, while in maintenance. The effect of the KPV is noticeable to the point that my scalp is normal, no flaking patches, no redness, at ALL. I still wash and condition my hair daily, as I've always done, so that was consistent variable.

The only thing left I need to work thru now, is the hair thinning🫠

I believe my first batch of KPV has just landed and im super excited to give it a go.

Im mainly hoping it can cure some Keratosis Polaris, but the added anti-inflammatory sounds great too.

Ill try and keep things updated in here if I remember

How often do you guys cycle on and off of KPV? I have some I’ve ordered that I’m going to try for my eczema and dry/flaky skin

I've been running 500 mcg daily for 60 days for that. I may extend that to 90 days. I've heard it takes quite a while, but my flaking had stopped almost completely by day 50. Some people have said by 90 days is a noticeable improvement. I'll cycle off for at least 30 days after that and see where I am.

Currently for me, I use it in two ways. My eczema is dyshidrotic eczema, and I find a shot every four or five days is keeping that at bay along with keeping my skin in better shape. It also corresponds to when I pin Reta and I use it to maybe/possibly help prevent ISR from the glp, which I've had with Tirz before. It was bad enough that I quit Tirz. I wasn't seeing a huge amount of systemic anti-inflammation, so for me pinning every day seemed excessive.

That's great that it works for you at once a week. I only wish. All the protocols I've seen for allergen-induced atopic dermatitis or eczema describe a 2-3 month daily cycle with 30 days off. It seems to be working for me. I'm taking KPV on top of a biologic and Clobetasol cream.

I also had another effect where I had a roundish scar on the back of right leg from a dog bite that I got when I was 12. It was raised from the skin and just kind of a lump. It just came off yesterday, 55 years later. I now have a bit of a divot that's healing in it's place. I don't know what else to ascribe it to.
