First dose of NAD yesterday.

I was so scared to take it because of the things being said in here. Let me tell you I was scared for nothing. I had just a tiny bit burn but that was it.

But something strange is happening. I have neuropathy in my feet really bad. I take medicine to knock the edge off. Well about 3 hours after taking it my neuropathy is awful! Not sure if it's a coincidence or what. I guess I won't know until my next dose on Tuesday.

Ive wanted to tey NAD, but feel like it might be all hype?? Im over 50 so theoretically it should help.

Me to because I'm miserable. My pregablin isn't helping at all! I'll probably go smoke with my husband. That always helps.

I'm 56 and hope it helps. I'm going to start mots when it comes in. That might be awhile though. I might just buy some singles to get started.

Not yet. I just started light. I did 5mg than 10 mg than 25mg on NAD. It’s seriously so great. I’ll be doing SS31 and motsC plus the Nad. In about 2 weeks. I watch a shit ton of Josh Holyfield. The biggest dick on YouTube. But love his content.

I started at 10. I'm not sure I'll take the ss31 it really has mixed reviews. A lot of them say it does nothing.

You have to look him up on YT. I really think the guy is mentally ill. Loves himself more than anyone else in the world and his bio includes ripping off patients and being banned from the crossfit olympics for cheating. However you can pay 10k to get his expert advice.

I haven't slept in over a year. I went ahead and weighed in this morning and gained 1/2 lb this week so I'm on a rampage. I f'ing starved myself this week.

Ever since I have been taking NR, the precursor to NAD, I have noticed I have not had many side effects of reta and less old people aches and pains. Maybe I outta try NAD next.

This had been my dieting experience my entire life until I started reta. The more I starved, the more I didn't lose. I have to take pills to sleep, so I can identify with that too.
