Epithalon

I just finished my first 20 day cycle. I definitely sleep much deeper than before.

Last night was the first night off it and idk if it was just a coincidence but it took me hourssss to get to sleep 😭 logically I don’t think it’s from not taking Epitalon because isn’t it supposed to build up in your system?

Idk will see how I sleep tonight and hope last night was just an anomaly.

Hi guys, Does anyone use Epithalon with Reta? I'd like to try it for sleep. Does it help? What dosage should I start with? Many say mcg, others mg.
Isn’t DSIP better for sleep?

Not particularly. Anecdotally Epithalon is far more consistent with improving sleep than accounts for DSIP. That said, combined, DSIP has a much better success rate than without a Epi stack.

Additionally, DSIP assists more with increasing deep sleep state (delta wave state), and doesn't necessarily assist much with length of sleep, while Epithalon assist with balancing regulating the cortisol spike that often gets people up at 3am and can't go back to sleep.

Thank you. But if you do dsip and epi together it definitely will improve your sleep?

By no means could it be said that it will "definitely" help, our physiologies are all so nuanced that everyone has varying degrees of efficacy, however I would say that using them in tandem is likely the best-case result you will get compared to either peptide alone.

Additionally, playing with timing of dosage also very much seems to have impact- especially with the Epithalon, so if you're going to give it/them a go, definitely explore PM doses VS AM doses, many find greater effect from one over the other.

Thank you very much for that.

One more question.

I heard people having weird bad dreams whilst taking epithalon. Is that true?

Definitely seen a lot of accounts of that. I was very concerned for my wife as she had fairly frequent pre-existing vivid dreams and didn’t want them to intensify, but have not seen a negative impact to her dreams.

Thank a million. 🙏

Will be starting it this week then. As was delaying it due to that.

My husband had a few nightmares, but they did seem to subside after a few weeks. I did not have this issue.

I rarely have a nightmares, but if I do they would be so realistic that I can’t fall asleep for hours after.

Thank you for sharing your experience.

I'm a few days now on Epi 500mcg per day. About the dreams...bad no, but weird - yes. So far anyway...other than that, I've noticed a lil bit more energy during the day, but might be placebo, hard to say yet...

Hubby said his were pretty vivid.

I have 4 more days to go until the end of the 20-day cycle. I'm taking 2mg a day. I seem to sleep more deeply, and if I wake up to go to the bathroom, I fall back asleep faster. I've had strange dreams a couple of times, but it might be a coincidence. Now I'm curious what changes after I stop.
