Freshly opened Hospira. I can let it sit at room temp and see. BummedChili777 said:Mine is clear. Was is new BAC? What kind? Does is clear at room temps? You shouldn't need AA with this peptide.

That doesn't even look reconstituted. You may need to dilute it a lot more.Sara360 said:View attachment 12205

OK. You can still salvage that if it's not bad. Here is the one I use: https://peptidescalculator.com/Sara360 said:I used a reconstitution calculator but obviously didn’t do it correctly. I’ve only reconstituted 60 mg Tirz and that’s been spot on. See, I need the Epithalon for my brain health. I really appreciate your help. It did look like it was on low side with liquid. Your the best!

I use 30 % acetic acid and the rest bac in mine. Try adding some of it.Sara360 said:I reconstituted (4) 10mg vials Epithalon with each 40 units brand new Hospira bac water yesterday. It was kind of cloudy. I transferred it to a sterilized pen carpual and let it sit in the fridge but it looks like milk. Has anyone else had this happen? I read somewhere that maybe there wasn’t enough bac water or it needed acetic acid? Or it’s just bad and I need to toss it? I’ve never used it before so just checking with others that have.
In Epitalon? I've never seen that or read that the pH needed adjusting. Maybe for a really large recon?CNCCurrency said:I use 30 % acetic acid and the rest bac in mine. Try adding some of it.

I have 50 mg vials, I believe the acetic acid ph is 4.Chili777 said:In Epitalon? I've never seen that or read that the pH needed adjusting. Maybe for a really large

I added another 140 units which made it a total of 3 mL and it is crystal clear! The peptide calculator Chili777 tagged is much better than what I was using.cheaperseeker said:I agree that you probably need more bac water. Try adding at least another 1 mL (100 units), maybe more, and see if it clears up.
Thx for all that info, very useful. Do you have a source for Snoot bottles? Do you think you’d deliver the same dose intrasnoot as pinned?Chili777 said:Hey PA, I read that the old protocol specified 10 mg a day, but some researchers found that this was based on the older peptide that was used in the Russian study which was actually Epithalamin, not Epitalon, which is 10x stronger. I've heard accounts where people really got their butts kicked at that dosage. My order comes next week and I'm going to use it IN instead of subq since it's small enough to pass the BBB and be absorbed easily. I got some Snoot bottles that deliver 0.1 ML per spray. We'll see what happens. Here is a link to what is considered current info and protocol for Epitalon: https://pep-pedia.org/peptides/epitalon
This is my post on what I did to recon them for IN, with links:Labcat said:Thx for all that info, very useful. Do you have a source for Snoot bottles? Do you think you’d deliver the same dose intrasnoot as pinned?

Selank + Semax--nasal? Effects?
Hi all. Wanting to start researching with Selank and Semax. Anyone here use them nasally? How do you dose them? Do you mix them into a commercial nasal spray brand? Would love some info. TIA

IN dosage is typically higher that SQ. I use this site for reference as I've found it to be more up to date on the various protocols. https://pep-pedia.org/peptides/epitalon

That's awesome. And I'm holding off on SS-31 and Mots-C until I finish Epitalon!randompersonrandom said:I'm on day two of epitalon, 1mg a day. I swore I would finish out the nad+/SS-31/Mots-C mitochondria protocol and my klow cycle BEFORE I tried anything else, and then it arrived earlier than I thought it would and I disregarded my plan.
I slept like the dead last night, and am about to drop off asleep as we speak, instead of staying awake til 1 am doomscrolling. Could be placebo and probably is. Don't care, tired of being tired.
