Have any of you with EoE experienced unexpected improvement after peptide use? If so, which peptide helped?

I don’t have much practical hope for a peptide meaningfully helping with EOE. Several are good for inflammation reduction but not to the level of therapeutic benefit for EOE In my experience.AllCourtTENNIS said:Have any of you with EoE experienced unexpected improvement after peptide use? I've seen research implicating that mast cells remain in the esophagus even if eosinophils are reduced, and promote inflammation. Theoretically, these mast cells may be senescent, pathogenic, and have gain of function mutations. GLP-1 agonists are being shown to improve and even remit some syndromic illnesses - possibly by modulating down mTOR and NF-kB pathways. This may potentially induce autophagy in these mast cells, and induce remission. At the very least, GLP-1 is a mast cell stimulator and may tamp down the activation of the mast cells.AllCourtTENNIS said:Have any of you with EoE experienced unexpected improvement after peptide use?
