Cagri 2.0 since 12x more selective for amylin. Twice the efficacy for weight loss with less side effects.

But starting dose for elora is 3 mg (vs. 250 or 300 mcg for cagri). Max dose of elora is 9 mg.

For 300 mcg of cagri vs. 1 mg of elora, sides may be comparable, with cost 5.6x higher and weight loss 1.6x higher with elora.
