I can afford name brand. I realize that I am fortunate that way. I just don't enjoy being raped by big pharma.

It took me a month or so to research the grey market to feel comfortable with it. I am also fortunate enough that I can afford to do 3rd party testing myself. I don't have to guess what I'm getting. I know.

I understand that other people may not be in the financial position to test their own. If that were me I would still go grey, but I would do group buys.

The other consideration is that the grey market opened up a whole world of peptides that I never would have considered before. I'm not sure if that is a good or bad thing. I think I've replaced an eating disorder with a peptide disorder.
When you get test results, please post links to results with the vendor and pep!!!!

I have hoarding tendencies (I keep it under control) and the thought of losing access to something important to me is frightening to me.

With the legal fight, I was just having to live with too much anxiety about something happening to compound and me not being able to get it without spending all my money on it.

Now, unless someone wins a court battle that allows them to poke through my freezer, I have access for ten years that cannot be taken away from me.
How many mgs do you have? I need to count mine. I have more coming. I am just wondering how much 10 years worth is. 🙂

I was not willing to pay $1000 to $1500 per month and I just goggled glp1 to find more information because I kept creeping up in weight and I could not keep going that way and I used to be totally against glp1s because of the scare tactics of some saying you could go blind get cancer ect. I am now a hoarder. I have 2.4 years worth of Tirz and 300 mg of reta. I guess I need more to be in the big leagues. I am going to be purchasing a lot more of both!

XL has a Tirz 120mg kit now. I'm tempted for the Mrs.!

120! I didn't realize vendors were going that high now. I'm assuming at least 10ml vials? And at current recommended max dose of 15mg, that's 8 weeks. I know tirz is more resilient than the other GLPs, but I've always leaned towards usage by at most week 6. Or would you and Mrs both use it? (I'm just being nosy, but 120 is...a lot lolll)

The sides from Tirz at 10mg + have been kicking my ass. I'm almost entirely switched over to Reta (pinned 6mg today, I'm titrating up 2mg every other week til I get to 8). I'll probably take my last dose of Tirz on Monday. So it would just be her. She's going to 17.5 mg / week which will be dosed at 8.75 mg every 3 days so I think the 120s would be ok. We had no trouble keeping reconned Tirz for 6 weeks in the past.

A little under 7800, which is ten years of 15mg. I've got around 400 of compound that I'm working through too. It wasn't a deliberate goal, it just happened that I'd pick up three kits here and there, which fills one of my little storage thermos, and I kept an eye on the total mg, saying "If I hit 7800, I'll stop." Then I did, and had a talk with myself, and DID stop. Then I picked up the mitochondrial protocol, two kits of epitalon, two of survo, and started hoarding reta "just in case."

I finally got bored, thank god. I'm still buying reta, which I'm a little bit ashamed of because oh come ON, I'm not even ON reta! But it's one kit a month, and that's little enough money and space to be "mostly harmless."

For those of you that ended up going gray market for tirzepatide, why did you decide to go this route?

What did it take to get you to the point where you were comfortable with it and what convinced you of the safety of it?

I’m just curious, as every now and again I have my moments of “should I do this “.
Personally I have just been reading schedules and doses and and realized my current local plug is insanely expensive. So I started looking for resale vendors and the prices were better, but still not feasible long term. So I started doing more research and found the gray market. It’s the most cost effective way to reach my goals.

Haven’t actually bought from one yet. But I have a couple sources I’m in touch with. Just waiting on a restock at both right now and I’ll be making a purchase.

I never thought I would go gray. I had wanted to try GLP's for quite some time. I had researched a bit and knew I wanted to try Tirz. I have a group of friends on it. They purchase from a single vial vendor. I asked them about it, and they immediately hooked me up with a pin. I was hooked. I knew this was a life changing moment for me. I then started looking at purchasing my own. I thought I would go with a compounding pharmacy, and realized it was way out of my budget. So, I started looking at gray, it's safety and testing.

Next thing I know, here I sit with 2 years worth in the freezer for the same price as 3 months from a compounding pharmacy.

$$$$$ and Availability.

Even if 'legit' branded source somehow are as cheap as grey, i would still stock up grey. Reason being you don't know how greedy big pharma is, one day they could just cut supply with no good reason and hanging you dry.

Risk? Third party testing mitigate MOST of the risks, follow by filtering etc is safe enough for me

I went domestic at first but the cost of my research was way out of reach for me. I wet gray and it was a learning curve to figure it out. I got burned a few times with fake or under dosed product but now I purchase from suppliers that have 3rd party batch tested peptides so I know what I am getting and that it is from the current batch being sold. Been solid ever since. I did some additional testing on my own to confirm that the vendors were legit and the batch tested vendors with Janoshik testing all passed with flying colors. Tested peptides come at a little extra cost but still much cheaper than buying a 100.00 kit and paying 300.00 to test myself. I am gray all the way now and never looking back.

I really get it! I am just trying to stock up so I don't have to buy into the future just in case it's not easily available. I am working on Tirz right now but I also have 2 of Reta a 6m and 24mg. Because you never know if you want to start with that next.

I won NAD+ 500 and I am going to have to figure out the protocol for that so I can try that. I have GHK-cu that I purchased not realizing that there are 2 versions. I wanted the ampules not the vials because I wanted to try that for my face. I am thinking of getting the AHK? are those the right initials?? To try for my hair. I am not sure I will use the GHK vials of 50mg or not. Kind of afraid of it and is there a thing of doing too many peps???

I was prescribed tirz and then lost my insurance right after. Getting to the pharmacy and being absolutely blown away by the out of pocket price stopped me in my tracks. I started looking into some of the other sites out there (hers, Brello, etc) but still wasn’t loving the idea of shelling out a substantial amount of money for a membership plus meds. While looking into those options I discovered the grey and after a few months of research I jumped in, and I couldn’t be happier with making this choice. I’m down over 40lbs and for the first time in my entire life my day doesn’t revolve around obsessing about food.

I don't lean towards hoarding in general, but I do tend to buy a back up of something I really like in case it stops getting made. (Random case in point, a model of Nike trainers that I bought at an outlet once like 12 years ago. They were the most perfect shoes for my feet ever - I could literally walk an entire day, miles and miles, even without socks, with nary a blister or sore spot. I scoured the internet and bought the 6 remaining pairs I could find online. Still have 2 pairs today but will mourn them dearly when they're worn out).

That said, I cannot fathom life without a GLP1 drug, specifically tirz at this point, quieting the food noise. I've been keeping clothes in larger sizes "in case" I gain weight and need them again. After all, that's what always has happened in the past when I've dropped a size or two. I have to remind myself it doesn't ever have to be that way again and I really can clean out the closet. I've got just over 5 years of tirz, but am still going to get at least 3 more kits to feel I have a decent safety net.
Drop the Nike's and step into Hoka's! Walking on clouds. And yes, "clean out the closet". I need to do that as well!

I don't know that I really believe in NAD+. I've seen people here posting that they got blood work done after using it for weeks, and wound up with zero change in their levels, and I've definitely never felt anything from it. The ONLY reason I'd do it again is because I DO feel better having done that mitochondrial protocol, which is nad+ 2x per week for the whole 14 weeks, with that alone for the first two, SS-31 stacked for 6 weeks daily, and MOTS-C stacked for 6 weeks daily. I think I would re-run that protocol in about a year, when I'm no longer going through major body changes besides perimeno, and see if the "Huh, I feel less tired" repeats. I DO vaguely believe in the GHK-cu, only because I just finished a second cycle of klow and I swear my face looks prettier; but it's so hard to tell if it's the KLOW, or the 50 pound drop in my weight.

The issue we all have is that some of the stuff we take to make ourselves healthier might not make us FEEL healthier. Let's say for example we have some cancer cells. Often cancer has to grow large before we know about it. So if we take something healthy it might help our bodies kill off the cancer cells before they get a foot hold to grow bigger .. but we'd never know.

As for me .. I read the articles and believe in the science behind it. I am going to follow through with the protocols and just trust that its working.

Third party testing is what it took. Otherwise it’s just some random white stuff being shipped and we have zero idea what we’re putting in our bodies.

Vendor reputation before sending hundreds somewhere.

I could likely get the Rx, BMI and co-factor wise, without much effort. I refuse to pay for that. It’s robbery, and I have far better places for where that money should go.

Hell yeah, you should question yourself! Our system is quite regulated. This isn’t picking up cold medicine or an RX. It’s the Wild West. You need to do the homework, it’s all about risk and what you’re comfortable doing or not doing.

Brian noted availability -that is important too.

I’ve told my spouse, if I end up unconscious someone needs to know what to tell the ER.
