Omg the peptide rabbit hole is exhausting. I started my search of every known peptide I swear for my upcoming knee surgeries and for muscle loss. There are so many! There is a peptide for every ailment known to man. LoL now I'm even more confused than I was. Now I think I need glowing skin, something for memory loss, osteoarthritis, lupus etc ... I found stuff for ailments I didn't know I had. LoL

Anyone else do this to themselves?

I'm just going back to the basics and stick to klow I think.

Note, just because there's a peptide for it that people are willing to sell, doesn't mean that it works, or doesn't have side effects. Be careful out there!

Tiktok, reddit, and random websites isn't research I'd trust.

Look for medical trials, at least journals with rat studies, something.

Influencers, gonna influence.

Thanks! I'm not going to take a bunch of stuff. I was just researching. That's how you learn.

Yup. I think it usually starts with a GLP-1. You find yourself amazed that a few drops of clear liquid can dramatically improve your health. Then you start reading about other peptides and wondering about equally dramatic outcomes. Next thing you know, you're several thousand dollars poorer!

I keep notes on each peptide and add something to them each time I hear a new bit of information. It never ends! Someone should make a peptide to curb peptide addiction.

I hear you. Now that I got my first shipment of " face powder", I am still looking into things that can help other issues.
Face powder?

I'm really liking Dr. Alex Tatem on youtube. He seems to me to be very down the middle, not a cheerleader but generally pro peptide. He did a 3 part series, over an hour total, breaking down all the reasearch around the popular peps.

Dr. Tatem is awesome and entertaining. Check out Dr. Ashley Froese if you haven't already.

So I have been down various compound rabbit holes for 30 plus years ago. The peptide thing is a trip. I mean, HGH is a peptide and I knew about that for decades. Wrote a research paper on epogen in early 2000s, which is really a complex 165 amino acid chain. But never spent much time on “peptides,” short chains. I think the assumption was how effective can they be? The “peptide” stuff (let’s say BPC and TB) were pretty uncommon, but definitely available let’s say 10 years ago. Then the GLP-1 came out, and that’s had people thinking, these short chains can be game changers. Now everybody has been looking at these short chains that have been available for decades. I mean, I see posts on reviewing peptides in which clinical trials were stopped for a reason. My conclusion so far - some are game changing for me (I take 2 daily and will for life, 3 on regular cycles, and a few more abnormally). Then there was a lot thst did nothing for me. Good luck finding what helps you. It was a fun rabbit hole to me.

My reta and GHK-CU came in a box labeled "face powder" 🤣 No wonder it took less than a day to clear customs.
I got my palm toy today

You're definitely not alone. I started with AOD, CJC, DSIP and got reta but haven't started yet... the more I read the more I want to try others. No wonder I see people stacking 10+.
