At the gym, it's nothing complicated. I just do the push-pull legs split. And I feel like I can definitely feel the glucagon effect because earlier in the year, when I was doing 1500 calories daily, and this was without taking reta, I noticed that my sleep quality was pretty good, but now I'm back on 1500 with reta and I noticed that my sleep quality is kind of weird. I'm really tired, more tired than I used to be. And it could be that my metabolism has increased because the beats per minute is increased, I think by reta, so I just am overall more tired before bed, and I sleep more now than I used to. But I did not notice anything that caused any concern regarding the heart rate. I just am noticing on reta my metabolism is a lot faster, but since I am on it, I don't feel any appetite. So I guess that's really good.
