Yeah same no pep provided but I haven't heard or seen anyone step down like that.

Not saying it's a bad thing at all, actually could be a cool and helpful case study for us all here.

What made you think of doing so? Have you heard of issues going cold off it?

Can you give more background? Do you want to do it short term?

Yes short term. I feel like I can hit my goal in 3 months. I’m very consistent at the gym, 5 days a week, no issues with my workouts. My problem is I’m always hungry and will snack like crazy. Been on Reta for 2 weeks, .5mg and 1mg. I’ve already notice the food noise is gone, I feel full after eating. No desire to eat sweets. So my question is do I keep at steady mg or taper off towards the end of the cycle?

What peptide? I'm assuming Reta but you don't specify
Correct. Reta.

Reta. I found a lot mix reviews on dosing, but I haven’t read on how people are stopping. To me it makes sense to taper off but I don’t a clue. I’m on week 2 and I started at .5mg and moved up 1mg. No side effects yet. Feel good on it so far, down 6lbs and 1% body fat.

My wife and I are on week 1 and started a 0.5, wow 2 weeks in a 6lbs lost is great!

I just started my reta journey. And the thing is, for me, the drug hits me so hard like a truck. So, based on what you said for your schedule, my dosage is just 1 mg a week, and I don't see, for me at least, the point in increasing it. I'm on week 3, and it seems to be getting stronger, and I've kept it the same dosage. I guess I am doing something right because I have not titrated up the dose, but I have seen a lot of people raise their dosage every week. I get no food noise and I get no hunger, no cravings, nothing. And I'm only eating 1,500 calories daily with a lot of protein and working out every day. So for you, if youre like me then might wanna keep at steady mg unless all that returns.

My first pin of .5 gave me an ever so slight headache and made me a bit constipated but my wife, nothing so side effects at all.

that's pretty interesting. I never got any headaches. What I do get is after I pin myself, and then the next day, I am extremely fatigued, but then that fatigue only lasts that day after pinning, then I'm back to normal.

Interesting, my wife woke up saying she felt energized. I didn't experience any difference in my energy levels.

Do you work out daily? I noticed that when I have a heavy leg day and then do stairs for like an hour , I'm still not tired and I am still pretty energized. But for some reason, it's only after the day after I pin myself, then I get some really weird fatigue throughout the day. Im always energized except that day. after getting on reta, energy's been pretty high and stable overall. without reta on 1500 calories i was ultra hungry and dead

Not every day but 3-4 times a week. Prior to pinning I was doing muay thai class 3 days a week but I've heard reta can increase heart rate so I'm going to put the classes on hold until I see how my heart rate is like under heavy load. For now, I'm at home doing jumping rope, push ups, sit ups, squats, dumbbells and hitting the bag.

Normally, after working out I do feel energized but if it's a "im going to kick your asses" class then I'm not energized for the rest of the day.

I have heard reta will increase energy due to increased metabolism and resulting increase in energy source out put?

Yeah, Reta does increase the heart rate, and it is because, as you said it, it increases the energy expenditure at rest. But I'm not sure if the increase of heart rate also applies during heavy exercise, like Muay Thai or just regular lifting. I think it increases your overall beats per minute, resting beats per minute, because of the glucagon effect.

The glucagon effect is interesting and amazing. What are you working on at the gym? Did you notice anything with your heart rate that caused any concern?

I do metabolic conditioning 4 days a week and wear HR monitor. I haven’t noticed any changes in my HR working out. My resting HR was 60 and over the last 5 days it’s gone down to 52. Kinda weird.

Sounds like you're getting even more fit!
