I don't have ADHD, but I have read that Semax helps with focus for people that do. One redditor even said the were able to reduce their dosage of Vyvanse because of it, but you're only supposed to cycle it for a max of 30 days and then have a 30 day washout. Can't disagree there. I responded to a text a week ago asking me to do a difficult project that has never been done in the US. Unfortunately, I have an inability to say no and took on not only the project but ownership of the project. I have been busting my retired ass all weekend feeling serious regret at accepting the task. At the end, there was still the euphoria of successful completion and more enjoyment of the fact that I have zero obligations looking forward. I am actually glad that I did it based on the fact that a really physical activity was a good thing and is motivating for me to take advantage of the fact that Medicare will pay for a basic gym membership. Moving forward, it is a good thing to understand that physical activity is going to be required to maintain health.manfisher said:
