As far as MT2, today will be day 7 of 0.5mg/day and I will be moving to 0.5mg twice per week for maintenance. I am currently not feeling much appetite suppressant difference.

I am scheduling a lab visit in the next week or so, how frequently would you suggest getting labs done moving forward? That also may explain the plateau/gain over the last few days.
Ideally check IGF1, A1c, insulin, and glucose levels before you start cjc/ipa then again at 6 weeks. If the levels are where you want them, then only need to check every few months as long as dose is the same. Do you know what levels you're shooting for? Do you know the common side effects to watch for?

I'm looking to hit around 200 IGF1, and just standard "safe" range on the rest. And I know numbness, joint pain, carpal tunnel, tumors, etc. are some common side effects. I'm mainly looking to retain more lean mass while losing weight and hopefully improve recovery from gym days. If it helps with previous injuries, that's a plus

Week eight:

I was out of town for a business trip, so late update this week. Not as much progress as I'd hoped to see, but I'm attributing it to water retention. I've had to loosen my watch band twice in the last week!

I'm still trending high on my calories as well. Considering titrating up again come Tuesday. I've been snacky lately.

KLOW and CJC/IPA update:

I have had no joint pain in my knee and its not feeling crunchy. My shoulder injury is improving, but it may not be affected by the peps. I've target injected subq in my shoulder twice with the KLOW, man its a bitch pinning your own shoulder!

MT2 update:

Definitely noticing a darker skin tone all around, not seeming to do much as far as appetite suppression considering my calorie intake. I forgot how many freckles I have until like yesterday 🤷‍♂️

Week nine:

Pretty standard week as far as feels and hunger go. Still averages around 1600-1700 calories per day. I hit a milestone over the weekend, but have fluffed back up a bit. Net loss of 0.2lbs this week, but consistently seeing lower numbers throughout the week.

Going to stay at 1.0mg again this week

Lowest recorded weight during this was 268.0 at 31.8lbs lost. I'm sure it'll level out and stop fluctuating as much soon. I've got one more dose of the next vial I started with and then I will be using a vial from WBS, we will see how that goes.

Week ten:

Finally seeing results I like again! I think my body has balanced out the water retention deal. Going to continue on at 1.0mg. Just finished off my first vial, get to Crack open a fresh kit now.

Loving the log, keep up the great work. Hows the strength training coming along?

Thanks! I feel like keeping up with this thread helps keep me on track with everything I'm doing.

I'm a technician at a Chevy dealer and I am about 3 certifications away from being a World Class trained tech, so I have been traveling a lot for work since the training/testing center is in another state. And I have been nursing a shoulder injury, so gym trips have been minimal over the last couple weeks. Recovery is certainly quicker when I do go, and I am consistently increasing either weight or reps. Seeing more muscle definition in my arms which is awesome!

I really don’t understand why people are starting on Retatrutide. You have nowhere to go once you max it out, with the exception of adding Cagri.
Andy, please elaborate or if you can direct me to more info about this, I would appreciate it. How does using Glps affect the outcome of using other glps down the road?

Why would using Reta prevent the effective use of say Tirze afterward if it became less effective? Are there studies done on this?

Thank you

Sema has GLP agonists. Tirz is Sema+GIP agonist. Reta is Tirz plus glucagon receptor agonist.

They are all in different ratios for the different products, but same action. Unless you just want/need only GLP agonist from Sema, same stuff is in the Reta already. Hopefully clear as mud. Grammer police will be around shortly since I’m not very smart.

I understand all of that. what is not clear to me is the idea that receptors will be damaged or turned off or stop being affected by glps after a certain amount of usage.

Is there demonstrable evidence of this as a permanent effect?

No clue. Some people say lay off the juice for a month or 6 weeks and things reset? I have no experience with that.

They wont. There is no basis for his recommendation.

Some people mistaken believe that because reta is better than sema, If you could theoretically lose 200lbs with reta and only 100lbs with sema you could lose 300lbs by using sema first. But it doesn't work that way.

Exactly. There are plenty of stories out there of people losing all their excess weight with just sema. It looks to me that the only thing that really changes with the different glp-1s is how fast it happens and what the side effects are.

Retatrutide is extremely powerful and effective, but where do you go once you build your tolerance? It is also still experimental. Looking at things objectively, I think that it makes the most sense to start with Semaglutide, progress to Tirzepatide, and then use Retatrutide after the other two become ineffective. Seems to make the most sense medically and financially.
