I mean, I gave it a fair trial. 10mg 3x a week til I tapped the entire 100mg kit. There are other things that I can try. Seeing what works best is part of the fun.
Thanks. Out of curiosity where do you pin it?latviantower said:That sucks. I’m still pinning 5 mg three times a week. Zero ISR.
Yeah I get an isr too. Just a red itchy patch but it lasts while. Few daysdesinr-gal said:I just pinned first Mots-C dose 5mg, intense isr within seconds, welt forming all red..anyone else have this reaction?
I put on bendryl cream and a cold pack.. it’s all gone now an hour later. .but ouch, wasn't expecting that. Maybe it’s the adrenaline but I'm awake now and very alert.
Most people do seem to feel some discomfort from it. I’m currently running 5mg 3x a week. I feel a little discomfort with it but not always.desinr-gal said:I just pinned first Mots-C dose 5mg, intense isr within seconds, welt forming all red..anyone else have this reaction?

Can't you add a little extra BAC before you load up the syringe to dilute the dose a bit?LostWolf said:Most people do seem to feel some discomfort from it. I’m currently running 5mg 3x a week. I feel a little discomfort with it but not always.
Thank you. I was just worried there was something wrong with mine, so this is reassuringLostWolf said:Most people do seem to feel some discomfort from it. I’m currently running 5mg 3x a week. I feel a little discomfort with it but not always.
Yes, good idea. I saw very different protocals for bac amount. I went with .5 ml, I may try adding some extra in first next time.PAPoots said:Can't you add a little extra BAC before you load up the syringe to dilute the dose a bit?
I suppose you could. I do that with my GHK-CU.PAPoots said:Can't you add a little extra BAC before you load up the syringe to dilute the dose a bit?
I'd like to ask you a tangential question question about GHK-cu. After reading on this forum, reddit and elsewhere, I've been adding 50-60 units bac water to my syringe then adding the 5mg of GHK-cu. I tried going down to 30mg of the extra bac water one day and got the bruising and soreness I've read so much about. But my question is, sometimes when I draw up the reconstituted GHK-cu into the syringe (that has been mixed and sitting in the fridge for almost a week now), it pulls in a blue-purple blob that often won't mix or only kind of mixes with the extra bac water. I've read endlessly about being gentle with the peptides, but sometimes giving the syringe a flick and a shake disperses the blob. But today, I drew it up and that blob stayed a blob-- like a tiny lava lamp. And I do have some soreness from where I pinned it (having added an extra 50 units of bac water to the syringe). Is this 'blob' phenomenon typical? Should I add ascorbic acid to the vial? Any tips or tricks would be appreciated by anyone in the know. Thanks.LostWolf said:I suppose you could. AI says the peptide in this vial is breaking down and not inject it. Ugh.timj382 said:I'd like to ask you a tangential question question about GHK-cu. Shake the vial to dissolve the ghk. You aren't going to hurt it. The peptides we deal with are not that fragile.timj382 said:I'd like to ask you a tangential question question about GHK-cu. Really appreciate that. Are you sure? Asked a couple AI models and they say the congealing blobs mean the peptide is damaged and I shouldn't inject it. I want your answer to be right. Just don't want to fuck myself up. Are we allowed to say fuck here? Thanks again for answering, either way.zpped said:Shake the vial to dissolve the ghk. You aren't going to hurt it. Maybe this is a good time to point out that you are about to inject a substance from a vial, that came from overseas somewhere, from people you do not know.. there is no guarantee that what's inside wont hurt you.timj382 said:Really appreciate that. It was my plan from the get go. All of the clinical trials are with much higher doses. For example see here: https://www.nature.com/articles/s41436-020-01006-8 And here: https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC5890606/PAPoots said:Dang. That is a bit more than what my protocol is.
09/24/2025 - AM 5mg dose, 25ml
09/23/2025 - 4mg dose, .20ml/20 units
09/23/2025 - I reconstituted the 50mg bottle with 2.5ml of bac.
Did you titrate up to 18mg because you didn't feel results until you got that number? And that is once a day at night right. Based on what I've read you take it in the morning for mitochondria repair, in the evening for nootropic reasons. Like better brain health
