Has anyone had worse sleep from using the CJC/IPa blend?

Would doing it in the morning only be a total waste?

-background below-

So I’m the same guy who posted about too many changes all at once. Hard not to rush.

My pulse dropped back to normalish since it’s been 2 days. And my BP dropped back to its previous normal - low. (112/70. Down to 104/62)

Well a Tiger can’t change is stripes.

I decided to try a lower dose of the CJC/IPA blend 150mcg each (300mcg total). And I think it actually is making my sleep worse and I noticed I had indigestion last night too.

No, better sleep was the only positive I had from cjc nd + ipa.

Not really. Sleep isn't the only benefits of gh. I'm no longer on cjc/ipa, but I pin my gh fasted in the morning.

150mcg each might be a lower dose, but it isn't a low dose. I started at 100mcg each. Not sure about the indigestion, but I did gain a lot of weight (not just water) while on cjc/ipa. Reta does all the indigestion for me.

Thanks for so much info.

I think I’ll try dropping even further to 100mcg each at night and if that doesn’t work then I’ll switch to mornings.

I’m on 4mg TRZ and 2.5mg Reta currently. Tirzepatide gave me terrible indigestion and slow digestion. Splitting the dose with Reta actually radically helped in that area

Actually I sleep much better with ipa+cjc and I am much actiever when I wake up. But experienced the problem a few times. I was stupid enough to train at night after using ipa+cjc and I was completely awake through whole night.

Honestly just don’t take it at night, that’s when your body releases its strongest natural gh pulse, it’s totally possible you are a strong gh releaser and taking cjc/ipa at night actually blunts your natural pulse which could be much greater natural release than cjc/IPA causes. I’m a low gh producer, 110ng/dl igf1 is my baseline at a -0.5z score, maybe that’s why cjc/IPA helps me sleep better.

Time your doses during the day when fasted. Dose when you wake up at Least an hour before eating. Take 1-2 mid day with no food 2 hrs before or 1 hr after. Stop taking at night, it doesn’t seem compatible for you , everyone’s different

According to my lab results my IGf is mid-range (145ng/dl).

Everything you said seems super logical, I just wasn’t confident that it would be worth spending money since all the recommendations are either faster 2x a day or just fasted before bed.

Guess I can try and see. Not losing much and I’m so sensitive to sleep loss that’s rather not risk bad sleep at all.

It actually improved my sleep. I used to have a very fragmented sleep but not anymore since I started this cycle.

The first week (100mcg before bed only) was hit or miss with sleep for me. The second week I went to 200mcg before bed and first thing in the morning. Sleep was way better. I am now up to 250mcg morning and night and sleep is still great. I found I needed to pin about 30 minutes before bed because I would get an elevated heart rate for about a half hour after pinning.

145 may be mid, may be low, may be decent it depends on your age and sex.

Do you have a z score?

It wasn’t CJC/Ipa but taking Tesa and Ipa made my sleep worse as well. I tried just taking one or the other before bed to see which was doing it and even just individually my sleep was worse. I ended up taking them both AM instead and sleep went back to normal and saw results throughout the cycle. I still did Ipa 2x/day I just did the second fasted in mid-afternoon instead of before bed. If I waited until too late in the evening my sleep would get messed up again tho lol. Morning is fine for results, you’ll lose more by lowering the dose than you would by taking same dose in the AM I’d think.
