Hopefully as they are a real business, they’re trying to maneuver around these political issues and keep their business rep going as well. Keeping my fingers crossed for you.

Same here. I emailed them 10 days ago, and they said it would be shipped out shortly. 18 days since I ordered and I still haven't received a tracking number.

Yep. Their response and customer service is not inspiring confidence at this point. I hate being one of those people that does chargebacks. I'll give them another 10 days or so and go from there. Any status would be nice at this point.

Their Telegram sounds like there might be a backlog due to shipping problems. I'm just going to count it as a loss, and if it does turn up, it will be a nice surprise.

I talked to my doctor about it, and they recommended pulling from the ampule into a 10mL luer lock syringe (through a filter to be sure you don't have any glass fragments). Then fill a set of smaller luer lock syringes to the level needed. (Without a needle on the receiving syringe, you can easily inject into it. Just hold the plunger, or it will magically increase your dose.)

The resulting dose syringes get wrapped in foil -- cerebrolysin is light sensitive -- and refrigerated.

I've since come across a video from another doctor explaining the exact same process.

Oh, and it looks like you can get 5mL ampules, which seem to be intended primarily for IM.

I'm still trying to picture how the transfer is done. Did you use a luer lock to luer lock adapter? The whole process seems a bit daunting, not to mention the IM injections...

I see a bunch of vendors on Indiamart carry the 5mL ampules. I'd worry about the temperature during shipping though. If the Cerebroprotein is at all effective, that would be a friendlier option.

Thanks for posting about your experience. The memory effect and reduced tinitus are very appealing to me.

I found an international tracking site and this is coming from Saint Petersburg via Russia Post. It definitely looks like the real deal.

I made a little noise in my last email regarding when I ordered how many days it’s been just sitting in processing and that I still need to wait all the days it takes to ship. She escalated it to top of the pile. You could try that. I also noted that I knew people that ordered after me and had received tracking info.

I'll give that a try. I usually don't like to ask more than once, so I don't annoy them into making me wait longer, but it's been over 3 weeks at this point, so I guess that wouldn't be unreasonable 😅

She said they were slammed with orders all of a sudden so there was a backlog. She did say she was very sorry.

I would. I mentioned the time delay since they charged my card and it seemed to work. Just saying you're checking in should be enough.
