Blood work done after 2 months GLP

So started first month on 2.5 mg Tirz.

Second month went to 5 mg Tirz.

On second week of second month changed to 2.5 mg Reta + 3 mg Tirz 3,5 days apart.

Lost 20 lbs

Blood work done in December 2024 vs end of June 2025.

Glucose from 97 to 83

Triglycerides from 141 to 74

Total colesterol from 192 to 153

LDL from 120 to 96

HDL unchanged

Uric Acid from 7 to 6.7

But most important:

AST/GOT from 41 to 22

ALT/GPT from 83 to 30

GGT from 71 to 42

It's the first time in 20 years my liver enzymes are normal.

Excellent liver values. I'll drink 8oz of bourbon to that! I'm still unsure if it's the glp1's alone that help ur liver or the weight loss. Prolly both. Also I'd give u 3kits of tirz to have triglycerides that low. Mine were 4 and 500 but I'm still at 275....

Nice job! I have recent bloodwork that is very similar. This is after 9 weeks of tirz. My doctor was pleased. I stopped taking the low dose of allopurinol that I was on and will see if there is any change in uric acid on my next labs.

I can safely say that GLP1’s do help with your liver. My mum has stage one liver cirrhosis from years on medications and has recently been prescribed mounjaro to help with this.
