To clarify I used to be on the 10mg dosage then my doctor recently changed the dosage to 12mg.indolent said:What does one statement have to do with the other? Return them.
What dosage is on the documentation that came with the boxes? What dosage is on the Rx that your doctor submitted (presumably electronically)?

You'd still run out a little early, but at that point perhaps your doctor can get you the 12.5mg refill ahead of schedule.

I'd discuss this with your doctor. Perhaps he can send an Rx to a compounding pharmacy (I think they can still legally fill tirzepatide until the judge rules on injunction, but don't delay) for the 2mg weekly topoff. I bought my tirz 3-month supply from Southend Pharmacy, with a prescription submitted by telehealth provider Brellohealthstedia said:To clarify I used to be on the 10mg dosage then my doctor recently changed the dosage to 12mg.
Walgreens pharmacy app sends emails to you when your prescriptions are due for refill. When I got the email it sent me a reminder to fill my 10mg because I had 1 more refill of 10mg left.
So I selected to fill the refill not paying attention to the fact that my 12mg didn’t have anymore refills and had to contact my doctor for a refill.
So Walgreens system isn’t smart enough to stop sending reminders to fill refills if you have a higher dosage of the same medication on File.
So when I got notified that the prescription was ready for pick up I failed to read the prescription dosage email and also failed to ask the pharmacy what dosage I was picking up. Walgreens has a rule that no master if you pick up the medication and leave the store they don’t take the medication back if you accept and leave the store.

Actually, if you follow the directions, the pens are easy to safely disassemble and then manually inject into an empty vial. Takes about 2 minutes.raw_oyster_eater said:or just do 5 day intervals.
you don't have to make a science project out of this. breaking open the pens will most probably result in the loss of product or ruination due to glass breakage etc.

If you accidentally set off the plunger it'll waste it, but the videos explain how to avoid it. Not hard to do.raw_oyster_eater said:my instructions say do not attempt to disassemble if i remember correctly. and i thought i read on here people trying to do it wasted the product.

You kind of destroy the top of the pen when you disassemble it. Also, the dose is contained in something similar to a insulin cartridge with a needle on it. I'm not sure how you would refill it plus it would have Tirz residue remaining.raw_oyster_eater said:would it be possible to reload it with something?

I have only had to take a pen apart twice and I saw the videos to inject it into a vial. i didn't want to risk missing the shot and having my Tirz run down the side of the vial. Plus, i really wanted to see how the injection mechanism of the pen works.Teamaker said:FYI: You don't even have to take apart the pen, you can inject straight into a sterile vial. I have done it several times.

Fill 12.5 the next time I’m really not seeing the issue here
