Day 20.

Not taking any BAM today because the fatigue from the previous day is still there.

Plan to dial back to 75mg

Day 21-24

Has been taking 75mg with consistent fatigue every morning. Dialing back to 60mg to test what dose I can tolerate without severe fatigue.

Sorry for the absence.

I have stopped taking BAM 15 because the fatigue and insomnia on top of reta and my t3/t4 were absolutely unbearable. Its odd that I am particulalry sensitive to this one.
