KPV for inflamation

i fractured L4 and L5, slipped the L4, herniated 3 discs 9+mm, lost 60% disc thickness in T12-L1 and the whole area is filled with arthritis since i was 18 (33 now) have multiple prescriptions for muscle relaxers, anti inflammatorys and sedatives to help me sleep during a flare up. that caused me to "throw my back out" like once every 6-8 weeks that would put me out of commission with the muscle guarding/ spams for 2 weeks minimum.

even just using a small dose of tirz has been truly life changing. i didnt have an episode for the year i was on it. got off for about 6 months and boom every couple of weeks i was locked up popping my pills wondering what happened. so i got back on and guess what... haven't had an episode in 6 weeks now. there are other peptides that help with inflammation, like CNCCurrency said KPV is on my list to test out and then decide if i want to bulk buy a lifetime supply to go with my tirz.

are you trying to heal an acute injury or prevent and old one from flare ups?

Kind of out in left field and not a peptide. But PPS Pentosan Polysulfate Sodium, for Arthritis. It's an old bladder medication (Elmiron) that has been repurposed into an injectable Arthritis medicine. I get it through my function medicine Dr, from a compound pharmacy. It's currently in stage III trials in a few countries for people (Zilosul) main target is knee/hip arthritis in the bigger joints. Horses have had this stuff for years, dogs a couple years now. (My dog is on it, thru the Vet)

I've spent a couple grand in the last 1.5 years on it. It's not a quick fix, but is starting to pay dividends for me finally. I've had my Ankle and both knees replaced already, my goals are Hip, back, neck and rebuilt ankle where the arthritis is back. It's meant to be taken a few weeks a year, to stop cartilidge break down and even regrow it and heal bone lesions. I can't take Nsaids, so I'm kinda hangin my hat on this one. I''ve tried the popular peptides for Arthritis, it's very mild what they do for me.

We got alot in common, I get 40-50 back/neck spasms a day and have to take alot of Rx drugs for pain, spasms, nueropathy. I can't take Nsaids, I've had over a 100 shots of Cortisone and Ablations galour. Had both knees and an ankle replaced. My neck C2-C6, back L3-L5 facets are a mess, left hip loaded with OA.

I'm glad Tirz helped you, it didn't help my OA and I was up to 7.5mg at one point for weight loss. It has done alot for an immediate family member and their Rhuematoid Arthritis. I got over 20 years on you, I hope you find the combo to help the pain.

There is PPS which I mentioned, in another post in this thread to help Arthritis. I wish you luck.

Damn. Based on the title I thought it was gonna be an old long standing member of the forum that made a triumphant return 😂
