Hi!

Quick question about bac water. If I order a 10x30mg kit how much water do I need minimum? I would like to make the solution as strong as possible so I don't have to inject multiple times.

Thanks!

30mg kit of Tirz? or something else? what dose are you wanting to take? I am afraid you have not provided enough information to answer your question. if in doubt, you can go by what mfg does and do 0.5ml (50 units) per shot.. assuming you're on 7.5mg or more.. it's best to use one of many websites (just google "peptide calculator")

Bac water is generally labeled to last one month after first use. Some go beyond that. You will not need more than a vial per month of bac water taking just tirz no matter how dilute you decide make it.

Sorry I wrote the post in a hurry. Yes 30mg of tirz. I will be on 7.5 switching from 2.4 sema.

Thanks for the answer.

If you wanna stick to what Eli Lilly does, you can add 2mL of BAC and you'll have 4 shots of 0.5mL each...

of course, you can dial it down a bit - say 0.4 (40 units) and in that case you'd add 1.6mL into the vial.. with 30mg total and being on 7.5mg it's pretty easy math.

I see. And 2ML BAC is enough to dissolve 30mg tirz powder?

Yes. 1ML is also enough which is what I use.
Oh shit thank you. In that case I ordered way to much bac water😂

Like a proper noob I bought a single 20ml vial of bac water to last me an entire kit, before learning that you're supposed to throw them out after a month. I keep using it after a month. I'm a little scared.

I have used them much longer. You will probably be fine.

Can we just call out that starting tirz at 7.5mg is a bad idea?

Just because you've been taking sema doesn't negate that the titration schedule of tirz is 2.5, 5, 7.5... they aren't the same drug and jumping to the 3rd level could have some strong side effects.

Didn't start yet so thanks for the info. You suggest starting from 2.5?

I know it's a different drug, after searching on this forum/reddit I arrived at the conclusion that 7.5 is fine.

If you

If you want to minimize side effects, yes 2.5. who cares if you don't loose weight for a couple weeks. This is your health and if you react badly it can definitely put you in the hospital.

Thanks I'll start with 2.5 then 😀

There is no universally right tirzepatide starting dose when transitioning from 2.4 mg of semaglutide to tirzepatide. I have heard of doctors starting at doses ranging from 2.5 mg tirzepatide to 15 mg of tirzepatide. I'd recommend against starting higher than 5 mg of tirzepatide. Since I believe the side effects of these drugs are bad enough to cause many people to stop taking them, I'd start at 2.5 mg. I had to call 9-1-1 after having extreme side effects that were unrelated to anything that I had experienced before. Although the doctors haven't concluded Zepbound caused my symptoms, they haven't ruled it out.
