Been on Retatrutide for the last few months and the results have been amazing. I've seen people mention here before that the appetite supression effects of Reta are lower than that of Tirzepitide or Semuglutide. Either way, it's certainly enough for me. So this got me thinking. How would members of this community rank the supression of appetite effects from each of the GLPs? Semuglutide, Tirzepitide, Retatrutide, Cagrilintide, and maybe even other ones.

On a scale of 1 to 10. 1 being normal appetite (not on any GLP), and 10 being you could litteraly go the entire day without eating, how would you guys rank these GLPs? Could maybe even include the appetite supression effects of Melanotan-2 in there honestly.

Since my only experience is with Retarutide, I'd rank it a 8.5/10.

I’ve been on Tirzepatide since March 9, and I would rate it as a 7/10. I don’t go a whole day without eating, but I definitely don’t feel hungry all the time.

Yeah I've heard Tirz was especially good for that. I almost wouldnt mind trying the other GLPs just to see what the effects are like compared to Reta.

I've only been on reta, and I'm currently on 5mg, but I feel very little to no appetite suppression. 2/10, according to your scale. Been on it since beginning of the year and will go up to 6mg next week - if this also fails to deliver, I will quit reta. If it isn't working 6 months in, it just isn't for me. Before anyone says my reta isn't actually reta, my kit was independently tested and turned out to be significantly overfilled. I am going to try cagri or perhaps eloralintide in the near future when the prices calm down a bit.

Yeah, I had heard that Reta does have the least appetite supression of the bunch. I had already gotten used to a calorie deficit the year prior to starting Reta so I think I was just in a better position to be receptive to its effects.

I've heard of people combining Reta+Cagri or Reta+Tirz for better appetite supression. Have you considered combinations or are you just over Reta?

It could be a difference in receptor sensitivity, and I'm glad that reta works for so many people as I'm sure it's saving many lives.

The issue for me is that my appetite started increasing since month 4, and it is even stronger than when I wasn't on reta. I've never had a huge appetite issue even pre-reta, but now I am always craving something. I find it very distracting and the side effects are worsening as I increase the dose; it just isn't worth it for me.

So I won't be stacking - will try cagri solo and see how it goes. Kit is en route!

Best of luck on your journey man. Im starting my 3rd month on Reta so Im hoping not to reach a similar point! The idea for me is to maintain the lowest dose possible (only recently went up to 5mg) until I reach my goal which is 8-9% body fat (currently around 11%). Then, lower the dose to about 2mg(ish) to maintain.

GLP level - 1. Sema 2. Tirz 3. Reta

GIP level - 1. Reta 2.Tirz

Some people are very sensitive to Cagri and some aren’t. For me I am very responsive to it and .5 has wrecked my appetite. Highly recommend trying it. Cagrilintide is not a GLP, it hits the amylin receptors. 🙂

My baseline appetite on your scale would be -100, and with Reta, my hunger is now a zero. I know what you're thinking. Did I use genuine Reta or some fake stuff. But being that this is Reta, we're talking about, the most powerful GLp in the world, and should blow your lard clean off, you got to ask yourself one question: Is this punk just unlucky?

How can you personally rank 1 out of the 3, when you havent tried the other 2?!?!?!?!?!
Cephalopod Dude, bad form.

I've been on all 3. Tirz had the most appetite suppression. I would say sema and reta are a tie.

I think appetite suppression is very individualized. I was on Sema for almost a year and got next to nothing. The only thing that lost weight was my wallet. Since starting Reta, I've learned that I respond very well to it and it completely suppressed my appetite. It's a ten in that regard. I can't imagine having more suppression than I have now, but I can still eat when I need to. I will start titrating down soon and I expect to see an increase in hunger, but I got some Cagri to add to it, in order to maintain my weight loss as I go into maintenance mode.

Only done Reta, and the suppression is still there some, I do get full fast still. What I have noticed the last week and a half, the side effects don't exist anymore. No heart burn or anything. Sleep is getting way better.

This has been my experience as well. Incredible hunger supression. I honestly dont think I would need more than what it offers. I too considered Cagri for when I taper down.

Depends on if you're curious of other's opinions or not.
I'm only curious about information that actually matters. I'm asking if the information is actually useful or important for anything related to what these drugs are designed for.

Its information that matters to my curiosity. Anything beyond that, you'll have to be the judge.

I have been on Tirz since Feb 5. I am still on 2.5 mg and it has completely eliminated my hunger signals. I had to start counting calories again to make sure that I was getting enough calories in because I would go all day without eating and then eat a piece of cheese and have a bottle of water for dinner.

However, my inflammatory markers have not come down and have ticked up a few points. I also had a major flare up of (what I thought was) my Rheumatoid Arthritis but turned out to be Fibromyalgia (got the diagnosis a week ago) in April and completely stalled with weightloss. I added 1 mg of Reta last Monday with the hope that it wouldn't do more to reduce my appetite but it would start the weight loss again. And it worked. I'm now down 2 lbs and my appetite suppression is about the same.

So for me Tirz=10/10, Reta=1/10 but Reta was the lifesaver when it came to moving the scale.

I know right? Like I’m thinking about trying Reta but I’m nervous to take the plunge especially because Tirz is working for me. Like if it isn’t broken don’t fix it
