Anyone taking HCL creatine? I couldn't handle the monohydrate, even in gummy version.
HCL will probably fix that issue, but I'd recommend you to try the 'Creapure' (Ultrapure) too.

It's a more premium version of monohydrate but not as expensive as HCL.

I m tryign to lose weight and creatine on top of TRT really ups my water weight, so I stopped it.
Yes, it's a bit more weight on the scale, but who cares... We're trying to lose fat here, not weight.

IMHO the water weight keeps you from looking 'deflated'.

Was taking regularly but was messing with my bloods when it came to kidney function so gave it a break. Might start it up after next bloods are done.

It certainly adds water weight to muscle which is quickly lost when you stop. Make sure you nailing your electrolytes if on GLP as well

for 9 months now. Sometimes I'll take a day off or even a week. 5mg a day, Thorne micronized. This will probably cause you to do a Cystatin C test for your egfr because your creatinine will be high for sure.

I just recently started taking creatine 10g a day and I drink it with electrolytes I drink 5g through the first half of my day and then finish with another 5g to end the day

Have you noticed you feel better?

What time of day do you take it?

What do you take it for?

I bought some to keep muscles and body hydrated while on my Reta journey. Losing weight pretty fast and want to make sure my body is hydrated and fed. Took some last night.

Just curious what other people think about it and best time to take and its effects.
I take creatine in the morning with whey protein. It helps maintain muscle while losing weight with Tirz. I definitely noticed it.
