1. 2mg ghk-cu injected subcutaneously daily for 5-7 weeks then a 3-4 week break.

2. Tb500 (tb4) injected sub-q if you have no history of cancer and/or aren't worried by the risk of angiogenesis making cancer grow.

3. Ahk-cu raw peptide put into a liquid hair serum and applied to your scalp nightly.

4. Ahk-cu lyophilised peptide reconstituted and then micro-needled into the scalp.

I did a round of GLOW and then KLOW... and while my skin has never looked better, and inflammation is low, the hair is still falling out at concerning levels. And BREAKING! I've never had that before.... anyway, I've ordered AHK and GHK cosmetics for adding to hair serums (also on order) and in the meantime, started taking WEEM. Mind you I have no affliation with them whatsoever, but they seem to be helping more than anything else. Thus far. But, frankly, I added back GHK-cu (coupled with KPV - cause I'm never without my KPV and it takes out the sting) at about the same time. But I really think it's the vitamins making the difference.

Losing weight can cause hair loss. While it may be distressing .. it does grow back.

Hair loss after weight loss: Causes, risks, and prevention

Hair loss after weight loss is due to a condition called telogen effluvium, which nutrient deficiencies can cause. The condition is not dangerous or permanent.

You ideally want a 1-2% solution. For the sake of easy maths, I use a 60ml The Ordinary hair serum and 1g of AHK-cu which is 1.6%.

Thanks for the tip! You’re seriously saving a girl whose hair is disappearing fast 😭💇‍♀️
Get a good injectable Methylated B-Complex that contains B1, 2, 6, 12 Niacinamide and Pantothenic Acid (B5). I started taking it and not only did it help my hair grow, it has reversed a significant amount gray, mostly on the top and back of my head.

I started using a topical oil claiming to have five peptides* that benefit hair growth. I've only been using it a couple of weeks, but my hair seems to be stronger and more resilient. Also like AndyPanda I swear it's starting to get darker. Maybe just my imagination, but years of trying minoxidil never gave me the imprssion it was helping, but suddenly this stuff is encouraging. Time will tell...

*Biotinoyl Tripeptide-1, Acetyl Tetrapeptide-3, Copper Tripeptide-1, Myristoyl Hexapeptide-16, Myristoyl Pentapeptide-17

Not commercially. Apparently even grey market don't have it yet so not sure how they've got hold of it.
