My first post besides my introduction. Trying to be more engaged here but you guys know way more than I do and have little to add. But, had a yearly physical exam last week and couldn’t be happier with the results. I compared my various bloodwork tests to last year and saw big gains. I hadn't stepped in gym in years so this is all GLP related. 2024 was tirz and 2025 was reta. Body weight down ~25%.

Great report, congratulations! Hydration and the use of Liquid IV or even Gatorade is so important. I find that I have to remind myself a lot of times to drink enough water and occasional electrolytes. I find this to be so important. The peps work so well with feeling satisfied. Not only am I not as hungry, I'm not as thirsty either. Losing 25% body weight is awesome. Congrats! 👏 👏 👏

Those are awesome results!!! I love that these drugs help with kidney and liver functions besides just the added bonus of weight loss

Except that here the chloride was too high, I dont use these drinks because they have so much sodium chloride. I get my electrolytes from pumpkin seeds and banans
