I need some help with ankylosing spondylitis. Are there any peptides which help with this condition? On another note are there grey market vendors for biologics just like how it is now for peptides?

The biological therapies that are used for autoimmune disorders have quite significant and sometimes severe adverse effects, including immune suppression and consequent increased risks of serious infection. Taking them without medical guidance and monitoring sounds like a fairly dangerous thing to do , with real actual risks of death. To the best of my knowledge they are not available from Chinese peptide sellers, I am fairly sure this is a good thing. Also they are nearly all antibody based so much much harder to manufacture than peptides.

You are likely to get different answers elsewhere but there is no good human trial evidence that any of the available peptides help with inflammatory arthritis, any studies that might show possible benefits are from cell studies or animal studies, which does not prove anything about whether they are safe or effective in humans. You might be stuck with conventional medical options.

Fellow AS sufferer here. Tirz/reta for weightloss and some anti inflammatory properties, combo of Klow, Glutathione, and small doses of HGH, and a low starch diet. Somewhere in all that, I've found nearly complete relief from flare ups and ongoing pain issues.

One line I'm not prepared to cross, however, is getting on biologics for life unless absolutely necessary. Those are serious treatments that potentially lead to so many other issues....which require more drugs to treat.

Best of luck, AS is a bitch, but I've been fighting it through tons of exercise, diet, and supplements for decades and have avoided the regular drug treadmill that most doctors recommend.

Thank you. I am guessing I should get on KLOW. What are the advantages of using glutathione and HGH?

Sure. This makes sense.

Same here - AS sufferer. Been diagnosed several years ago and had unbearable back pain for a while. I resisted getting on biologics for a couple of years and tried everything natural under th sun (anti-inflammatory diets, stretching, juicing, supplements) and nothing worked. After getting to the point of barely being able to get out of bed due to excruciating pain... I gave in and got on biologics. My cRP level was at 80 at the time (normal range is between 0-8). It worked like magic for me and I felt relief after the first shot. Few months later, I was pain free and blood markers started coming down. Within a year my cRP was down to 2.

With all that help, I was never comfortable with staying on biologics for the rest of my life and dealing with all the potential side effect. Started looking into peptides about 6 months ago and researching BPC, TB, KPV, and TA-1 at the moment. So far it is looking promising.

Good luck, it is a terrible condition that is not well known... I hear you.
