Absolutely, and yes, the name on the check is rarely the name on the door. But, with all the things I'm reading, I didn't really think it's out-of-pocket to question it. Sorry if it was. The whole 'just ASK' could go toward anything, I suppose....

The order I received from AL had a return label of amino fitness. My vials of T30 so far are good.

Yes, the COA was for Amino Fitness. They could very well be doing business as online store and Amino Fitness. I'm trying to keep an open mind here

For me, at least right now, reviews, while typically mixed, are just too mixed to go forward but I'll try to keep my eyes open. I'm also quite new so maybe more gun-shy than some.

I've ordered and used several things from AL. They are my favorite US based suppliers since I started with them. I'm thankful to the person here who helped me find them. For me they have been tried ans true.

It's correct. They do that to not point a spotlight at their business. Payment processors might not like the word peptide listed, or that Amino Lair may be Google searchable. I've ordered from them twice. Both were very smooth transactions.

I was using their klow before I switched to GYC's (and will use the rest of that kit after I run out of the GYC; I like GYC's because the overfill means it splits into four cartridges perfectly). I may buy their Epitalon if I get bored enough of waiting for GYC to restock it, and only haven't yet because it's too expensive.

I've ordered twice from AL and both times were accurate and fast. Be careful about the scammers posing as AL though - always verify the handle/username

What payment method are you using? You put the "thanks" in the memo of the payment method you use, like Zelle or Venmo.

Wanted to use Zelle. So I asked Lex what is their info so I can send the money to since I don’t have the info for recipient. And said they weren’t gonna send that. For me to put thanks in the memo. Like what? How can I send something when I don’t have the recipients info

You don’t need any recipient info except an email address. And I see you struggled with how to put “thanks” in the memo. The only option that is easier than this would be BFF, you should try them.

Vendors like Amino Lair that are still able to accept payment methods like PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, etc. usually have a very specific process they require customers to follow regarding payment, and part of that usually includes acknowledging/confirming that you completely understand and will follow that process.

From what I can gather from your post, the breakdown appears to be understanding that only the word "thanks" and nothing else should appear in the memo field, and — perhaps most importantly — communicating that you understand that back to them.

If this had been me, I would have responded with something like "I understand, and I will only put the word "thanks" in the memo field and nothing else". I assume the next step would be for them to provide the payment address. It sounds like that may be the part you're having difficulty with and why they couldn't give you the payment address.

Oh I did! I typed in just the word thanks. nope that wasn't it. I got my Reta and Tirz from BFF but they don't carry SS-31, NAD+, MOT-C or 5Amino1MQ. Wanted to look for vendors that uses Zelle or Cash App and wanted to stay away from BTC

Yeah, umm, typing in the word "thanks" in a reply isn't the same as typing "I understand that I must only put the word 'thanks' in the memo field when I submit payment". Just replying "thanks" probably made them think you weren't prepared to move forward.

It definitely seems like a failure to follow directions was the cause of your difficulties here, and not the vendor.
